Our first impression with the young hostess was a turn off... She said our wait time was "30minutes to a few hours" and was very rude, not welcoming at all. HOWEVER... After waiting about 20mins we were seated (for a party of 5). We had excellent service and the food was amazing! We wanted to try and go away from "the strip" and get away from the traffic and this was the perfect spot! We will definitely be back if we come back to Panama City Beach.
I got the fried jumbo shrimp with fried okra and a salad for my two sides and It was very tasty. The key lime pie that I had for dessert was truly delicious! Our server was great too.
WOW. I did not expect to give this place 5 stars but here I am! Me and wifey went here for our 5 year anniversary (we met on Tinder). We were seated right away as we had reservations and the place was packed. Our server was awesome even though she was super busy, I wish I remembered her name. The food was delish! The only thing that could have been slightly better is the gumbo (not traditional Nawlins style). The collard greens were surpisingly awesome and the C Platter was great. We ordered a couple drinks and they were great as well. I tried to think of a complaint and I really dont have one. Good times. My coveted 5 stars have been given to C Level.
Steaks and seafood! Really enjoyed our experience at C-level. Sweet tea was so good! I had the mahi tacos and they were fantastic. The parmesan fries and fried okra I had for sides were excellent also. My wife enjoyed a steak and was cooked to perfection. Her wedge salad was delicious, also. Waitress was very nice and attentive. To top it all off, the desserts are homemade. The cheesecake was the best I've ever eaten.
The bartender, I sat at the bar, was lovely and friendly and made a great drink (pineapple mojito). I ordered the prime rib which was a bit cold with cheese grits and Brussel sprouts. All delicious! Only complaint was the knife was too dull to cut through my juicy well seasoned steak. $60 including tip.

Haley was our waitress and she went above and beyond for us and very sweet. We had a reservation for 6:00 and was seated right away in a corner booth. We had the cheese sticks for an appetizer and they were delicious! Very creamy not rubbery like normal cheese sticks. My husband had the prime rib French dip and I had the C Level burger both with garlic Parmesan fries. They were both delicious. We enjoyed a hurricane with our meals. I would recommend this place to everyone very delicious!
tried this place for the first time and now I see why it is always packed and the reviews for this place is on point! DELICIOUS food, beautiful environment and we had a superb waiter named Houston! he definitely took excellent care of us! we will definitely be coming back!
We started off with the crab cakes, they were pretty good and large for the price. Also the caesar salad was decent. We ordered the grilled chicken and sweet potato fries and they were delish! The brisket was very tender and the Brussels sprouts and okra were also very good. Service was great, we will be back.
Our first time at C-Level and it will not be our last! Fantastic restaurant with fabulous food! I had the Ribeye with grits and Brussel sprouts. First of all, the grits with fontina cheese, oh my God! They were the best, I could have made a meal out of them. The sprouts were just as delicious! My steak was cooked to absolute perfection! My husband had the prime rib with the fries and sprouts. He absolutely loved his steak and ate every little bite! Our bartender, female longer blondish hair, was adorable and I’m sorry I forgot her name! If you have not been to this place, go! You won’t regret it!!
