Got there about 5pm on Monday, 6/21, sat right down outside & ordered within 5 mins. Had our drinks & tuna dip appetizer right away, Mahi tacos came out soon after & tasted delicious. Server stayed gone for a while so I had to wait a little longer than I’d like for another cup of jalapeños but the bartender was nice enough to grab them for us. Overall it was a great dinner experience & not too expensive. We’d definitely go back.
Went here for lunch...ordered the burger with pulled pork ontop , it said pepper Jack cheese...but none was on it☹ and they didn't tell me they didnt have pepperjack!!Fries hot and good...I ate outside on the patio it was nice...I walked inside to use bathroom dont be dismayed to feel your feet stick to floor in bathroom lotsa little flying bugs also a large cockroach on it's back with its legs moving fast..So I guess it's worth the $16. Burger maybe..You judge for yourself...
Called order in over the phone to pick up.Was told 1lb of shrimp in my order. I received 8 mediums sized.Chicken tenders might as well be chicken fries.18% gratuity was added to my to go order.Grouper sandwich was good
The drinks were good ...well until my husband spilled his and bar tender handed me a rag but no one offer to get him a new drink. Only 1 set of silverware for 3 of us no one came to check on us. Food was ok but nothing spactular. Overall disappointed very nice beach decore and fun atmosphere.
Extremely disappointing. Was recommended this place by a friend, but things must have changed since they came here. Firstly, the atmosphere is terrible. I don’t know if it gets better later at night, but right now at 7:20, there’s no music, just random noises from the dartboard games. Secondly, food was terrible: I got the tacos, which were tiny. My friends got wings (and ordered two or three flavors for their 15 or so wings) and they came out without any seasoning or sauce on them. We looked at them and figured they must have forgotten to toss them in anything after they were fried. Once we got our server, we asked him if they must’ve forgotten to toss them or something, but he said they’d been seasoned. He then brought little plastic things of sauces, but still. Other friend ordered their catch of the day blackened, which was a grouper, and it took forever to come out. Once it did, she said it was one of the worst fish she’s had: Tasted fake, no flavor, rubbery. Waiter also said when it was taking forever that it was taking so long because it was thawing out. So not necessarily fresh. Overall, we will not be coming back. Way way too overpriced for very low quality food and atmosphere.
Very disappointing bartender served a pineapple margarita and argued that it was normal for each bartender to mix whatever flavor they choose .next margeritta from her co worker was totally different both girls were rude and undertrained . Photos of two margaritas ordered less than 5 minutes apart.
We sat down on the deck 10 minutes before they opened like a few others did and it still took 48 minutes to get our food. I am an understanding person. A simple 'I'm sorry for your wait' would have went a long way. Or acknowledge your table while they wait. Some.The food was good. But warning you, the tacos need to say mini!!! They were tiny. Two to a plate.
Disappointing. I live so close I could walk there and I was excited when they came. Food is less than mediocre and the service was only slightly better. I can’t bring myself to go back and pay premium prices for food like that again. Maybe they’ve gotten better? I don’t know but I felt so cheated my first visit that it closed the door to the thought of returning. Beautiful building, I just wish the food was as exciting as the exterior. Missed the mark.
We went to Barracuda Sunday. We sat for 45 minutes and never got served. We went to the bar and a waitress. They clearly knew we were waiting and made promises that were not kept. A couple of times we saw much of the staff just standing talking to each other. We were very disappointed because we like the place. But this experience has ruined it for us. There are too many places to go to be ignored there.
I had read the reviews before going but we were hungry and decided to go anyway. Not sure why there is so many negative reviews! I give it 5 stars easily. ? We went on a Sunday evening around 7:30 and got a table right away. There was live music (always a plus!). Awesome service. Amanda was our waitress and she was great! Also the owner of Barracuda came to our table and checked on us. I did not know she was the owner until I asked the waitress who she was. She was really nice! Also the food was delicious - We played darts nearby our table while we waited for our food. We had a lot of fun here. We are locals so we will be back! ?UPDATE: we came back and it was not pleasant.GREEDY OWNER.The sign out front said half off entire menu from 4-9. Went in at 7:30 and when we got our bill it was full price. The owner came over and showed us her phone and said they had changed the time on social media. It now ends at 7. After paying, we showed her the sign out front and still they did nothing to make it right. You get ONE STAR now. And I'm telling everyone I know NOT to come here. You had the chance to make it right and honor the half off bill and yet you did nothing. SHAME ON YOU.
