This has turned out to be the only place around I've found to order a nice filling meal salad thats actually made fresh to order and doesnt look and taste like it got made 2 days ago and has been hanging out in the fridge. My nieces and nephew rate the pizza as the "best they've ever had" which works out because this is literally the only pizza I eat because its the only one with the crust, sauce and cheese just how I like them. They get busy but even when they do, everyone has always been super nice and helpful which is much appreciated
Glad I didn't read the reviews before stopping in here because their food is great. Every Westshore I've been in has always good food but this one is above and beyond. Ordered a Philly Cheesesteak and asked for it all the way. The girl working asked me a few questions then said, How about I make you one the way I like it? Took a chance and glad I did, because it was the bomb. Highly recommend this location.
First I would like to say we order from Westshore Pizza for many years now, never have we had a problem with the customer service. I called and was immediately put on hold for almost 10 minutes when I called back I asked if they were busy and about how long it would be for delivery because she said yeah we’re busy and then said what do you want. I reiterated I need to know how long it’s going to take just a rough timeframe and she just very abruptly said “normal time what do you want”. I gave her my order she said wait and went off the phone for a little bit and came back and said cash or charge and I said are you speaking to me now and she said yes very nasty and at that point I said why are you being so aggressive I’m just trying to order a pizza. She said you’re the one that’s being rude LOL I told her to cancel my order she said fine and hung up on me. I eventually called back and asked to speak to the manager and she said she was the manager. She put me on the phone with somebody else who was more than polite took my order gave a timeframe for delivery it literally took her about a minute to get my order in and let me know the food will be there in about 45 minutes. Worst customer serviceI ever had with the first lady and the next lady was excellent at her job. With that said westshore pizza is delicious and awesome but you need a new manager!!!
Westshore pizza has always been my go to pizza place. There pizza is awesome, Wings are great, and their philly cheese steaks are the best around!
Yummy that’s all I can say. If you’re in Palm Harbor definitely worth the visit! Check it out it won’t disappoint.
I went in to pick up the pizza I ordered for the office. The two people in the kitchen had no idea how to work the cash register so it was a long wait for the girl to come back from wherever she was. When she returned she has a nasty attitude. I found our pizza was black on the bottom. Not a little bit but all black. Clearly the pizza was burned. I called to tell them what happened with the pizza and the person I talked to was quite rude. No apology and didn’t even offer to correct the mistake.
Ordered online.Was given a time of 30-40 minutes and got text 13 minutes after Order was placed saying it was done.Pizza was under cooked.
UGH we haven't ordered here in about 6 or 9 months because the past experiences have been yucky, but thought why not let's give it one more shot and YUP I knew it YUCKY again!! We used to order here all the time and when we first moved here 25 yrs ago and it was great, but even before Covid it was meh, but we kept going back and tonight IS the very last time ever!! Old dried up pizza that we picked up and NOT delivered was icky asked for 1/2 xtra cheese and 1/2 pepperoni and asked for a fresh pizza and when I went in she showed me the pizza and I knew it wasn't gonna be good, DO NOT PUT PEOPLE ON THE SPOT IN FRONT OF YOU!! Never again!! 21.00 to pick up your own pizza!!
very disappointed we ordered a side salad for $4.99 and it was just 2 cherry tomatoes and lettuce. Our delivery driver was very unfriendly and rude. Not a great experience. The wings had to be heated on the grill as they were not done and the bread knots were not done either.
My card was charged $50.xx and the order was canceled due to “not having enough delivery drivers”. Understandable, but after 16 days the money has not been refunded to me. Manager will not call me back. Tracy at the store level has been kind and asked for cc info / record of transaction. At this point, I am assuming there is some sort of scam going on.
