I went in with a friend and had the displeasure of seeing the manager Austin be rude and condescending to the staff. He was constantly making unnecessary comments and making fun of a worker who was trying his best and needed a little bit of help. I can’t imagine working in a toxic and hostile environment like that, I am very unimpressed with how Austin conducts himself while in a leadership position.
I went through the drive though and ordered coffee. They do not add the cream and sugar for you? I spilled the coffee on my lap trying to add the cream and sugar packets. It’s fast food not pull over on the side of the road to make your own coffee.
Everytime I go through the drive through, or order Uber, this Wendy's either misses items, doesn't make them correctly, or doesn't serve the right amount...fries and nuggets. I love Wendy's, but this one is the worst. Terrible all around.
Much more affordable than Burger King and especially McDonalds. Sometimes Wendys get the gravy in Breakfast sausage gravy and biscuit right. Sometimes there's sausage in it and sometimes there's not. For the gravy itself sometimes there's not enough moisture or it's too glazy or not enough of it with the biscuit. This is the only thing they need to make more consistent across all Wendys. Other than that, all the food is great and my favorite is the Chicken BLT sandwich and Cheeseburger Deluxe add bacon.
Honestly, this is the best Wendy's I've been to in this area. I've only been here a few times, but they seem to have great staff and the orders are made quickly and correctly.
The general manager Jennifer Winkler at this location (Nebraska & 19) is wonderful. She personally contacted me after the mobile app "tricked" me (LOL) into purchasing the fish sandwiches which showed as available in the app, but it turned out that this location only offers it seasonally. She offered me my choice of a refund or replacement food. Excellent customer service. Thanks Jennifer!
I have lunch here....way to often...and for good reason. They are always very quick, very efficient, super polite, and the food is never old or cold. I love it. I'll probably be going again this week. I just can't stay away from the Strawberry Lemonades!!!
It's hard for me to understand how adults can be so incompetent while doing such a basic, simple job. How hard is it to look at an order and look in a bag to see that you forgot half of someone's order?
We love going here. The people ate friendly and we have never had them mess up our order. Great place, food and staff. Kudos.
Placed an order online through Uber eats and some employee at this location took it upon themselves to deny to hand out my order to the actual driver. Manager needs to train the staff to actually do their job
