Great place to grab a drink and a quick bite, lovely staff to wait on you really love this place better than Hooters!!
Not impressed with the food and especially the service. We brought our dog and sat onside. The waitress said she would bring him a bowl of water, she never did. I asked her for extra ranch, she never brought it. She never once checked on us, nor did she refill our drinks. After waiting a while after we ate for our ticket, we finally had to go inside, find our waitress and ask for it. As far as we could see, we were the only people in the restaurant. So I can not understand how she could have been so busy that she would have to neglect us.
So recently i just went to this wing house and they completely messed up my salads, i called and i basically had to get a credit because i didn’t want to drive all the way back to the store again. Just went and ordered today and it was about 45 dollars worth and all the meat from my order was all cold and along with all my fries in each order, i had to go back for my tater tots because they also forgot that and i grabbed it, and they gave me like 15 tater tots for the price of 3.99 and then i called to speak with the manager and it wasn’t helpful at all. Like two times in a row of me ordering from this restaurant and still messed up and then i feel like i’m in the wrong. make sure you foods warm before you leave i guess.
(NOTE: I contacted corporate via their website over a week ago, but no one from The Winghouse has ever replied.) Waited 43 minutes for food to be delivered when there was only one other party in the restaurant. Manager Andrew stated that the other party (15 people, maybe?) along with to-go/ Doordash orders tied up kitchen, he offered no compensation to make up for long wait. Left waitress Lisette good tip, felt bad for her having to wear degrading outfit.
Brought friends here for the first time. Asked for menus but told they didn’t have them yet the table beside us and behind were offered menus. One of us ordered 10 naked flappers with no sauce and were served 10 drums with no sauce and then told they didn’t serve just flappers. Bill came and it stated 10 flappers with an extra $1.00 charge. We were told that charge was for ordering no sauce. Customer service sucked and waitress .
I have had pretty good luck with wing house, but to be honest I have a bad taste in my mouth after an employee personally reached out to me claiming I did not tip her and told me to pop a tire. I find this to be extremely rude and unprofessional. Even if something happened and I grabbed the receipt by accident or it was thrown away I would gladly make it right. This young girl clearly knew my name so she had my card…. I have worked multiple years in hospitality and would not keep an employee like this on staff. Sadly I will not be coming here again besides going to personally address this with the manager.
Ate there last night with 4 friends. We all had the boneless chicken wings which were disgusting pressed chicken cubes fried until they were hard, tasteless, and barely reassembled food let alone boneless chicken wings. Not even on par with McDonald's Chicken McNuggets which shouldn't be a stretch. No wonder the place was empty. Try any place else if your craving chicken wings.

Service was amazing and never had an empty Glass. Oddly enough I like the fish and chips platter more so than the wings. Either way good atmosphere good service good food!
I’ll save you the epic saga of this place.On three different occasions they’ve screwed me on an order. The first? Draft night for the NFL, placed a 20 pc orders for specific flavors….they put them “on the side”…imagine ordering BBQ wings and they're plain with bbq sauce in a cup. Then the next two occasions my order “was never placed” even on a slow night? Nah. Never again. Food isn’t worth the headache, feel sorry for the girls but the place is a no go for me.
