Food is reliably good and I'm so good they brought back the Mexican pizza. I find it so convenient that they now group the vegetarian items together for easy ordering. One improvement could be made though and that's to label each item item on the wrapper. It's so frustrating to have to unroll each burrito or chalupa to know which ones are which!
Put up a sign or open your lobby…Do you enjoy watching customers get out of their car and walk up to a locked door…Having employee cars out front is great bait
Well first their website ordering sucks, i spent time ordering for entire family and on the end it didn't work. After issues with their website i decided to use door dash, definitely ordering went smoother. Went to taco Bell drive through waited over 30 mins just to get home and few items were missing. Total rip off, will never order nor eat there again.
Placed an order on the app at 8:20pm tonight. Got there at 8:27pm and the whole restaurant was dark and they told us from the PARKING LOT that they were closed. One employee was in their SUV and another in the parking lot with their headset on. They placed cones in the drive thru. Absolutely ridiculous, after looking they were supposed to close at 9pm. So now, we have to wait for the money to be refunded to our card. Why make it known you're open till 9pm if you're going to close early. And then still be in there when we get there. I'll be contacting the corporate offices on Monday.
Outstanding service! The young lady at the counter did an amazing job assisting me, but who really stood out to me was a young man named Lukas. Lukas was extremely respectful and helpful when asked what a good option on the menu was. He seemed to be recommending great specials, and kept a smile on his face. He even helped clean up because I spilled my drink all over. Taco bell, whatever you're doing, AMAZING!! Love to see helpful and friendly employees!!!! keep up the good work Lukas.
I paid 791 and paid for extra sour cream .50 and ya all need do betta then this seriously its sad smh!!!!
Placed order and some items were missing. The food that was in the bag was okay. The service was what I would expect at a fast food drive-thru.
This is the chicken taco I got along with the rudeness from the order taking lady on the drive through. today at 3.27 pm. No sauce no veggies no cheese. What is even it called?Lady you should find a job outside the service /food industry.
Seems like this location is having some staffing challenges right now - our orders are always correct, the team is always polite, and the drive thru moves quickly, even when busy. This is our preferred Taco Bell location, 100%.
Witnessed an angry male customer verbally assaulting the young lady at the window for having to close early due to no staff. She was overwhelmed and on the brink of tears. I’m so sick of grown adults calling teenagers inappropriate names for things that are out of their control. If this sounds like you, you’re a bully. Plain and simple. The whole country is short staffed, be kind to the workers that showed up. This Taco Bell is great for lunch, employees are always kind and my food is always hot. Thank you!
