I was here today and ordered my food. The employees are never really inviting and I’ve never seen them smile. The reason why I am writing this review is how they treated some behind me. The gentleman did not speak great English and was trying and the employee (she is the one with a buzz cut) screamed at him saying “I’m only making one sub at a time.” She was extremely rude to him and I felt so bad. This is not how you should treat people no matter how bad of a day you might be having. It is no excuse.
This is the worst subway ever! Worst employees. Miserable complaining when online orders come through. Cursing unprofessional. You should be glad when orders come through its job security. Go to publix,Jersey mike's, Jimmy John's or to a different subway!
Horrible customer service! very rude, they look like they don't wanna be there
So I went to Subeway to grab a quick and easy dinner, on Friday evening and the first thing I hear as I walk in is Christian music. In the world today where we are hated and made to look like a meme, it felt like a sanctuary where I was welcomed as I am.Second thing I hear and first thing I see is a friendly “hello” and the smiling faces from the employees behind the counter. I patiently waited for them to get prepared to make our food (which took no time at all) and placed our orders. The entire time they were friendly with small talk and patient with us as we placed our orders. They didn’t skimp on ANYTHING and the food was fresh and tasted simply amazing!Easy 5 stars from me!
