Very disappointing..last trip they didn't make my coffee right, this time after serving it WRONG again, they announced they were out of sugar... completely. Amazing. A Publix 1 block away, but no sugar, in a STARBUCKS! no offer to refund my coffee despite being unable to drink it. There's another one down the road a aways... Go there .
I went to the store 5 minutes before they closed snd they refused to take my order there was a car in the drive thru they took the cars order it wasn't even closing time and the fact they took someone's order in front and payment
Always a great experience going to this Starbucks. The staff is always friendly and there's always enough people working, so you never have to wait a long time for your order.
Took me 20 minutes to get through the line. Solid coffee, girl. Working the window was super sweet but I wouldn't suggest it if you're In a hurry.
Some days they're opening at 12:30. Other days they don't allow inside and drive thru only. Other days they close early. It's something different every day.Get everyone is dealing with staffing issues. Not their fault. However at this point it's a joke. Sometimes there's 4 employees sitting there and they're "closed" with inside shut off.Seems like they close at drop of a hat.Every other Starbucks is open when I'm forced to go there. Don't understand why this one can't keep doors open.
This Starbucks closes randomly, has a drive through line can last over 30 minutes, and frequently has a lack of supplies. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this Starbucks. This is very frustrating when you need to get to work on time!
We used to go to this Starbucks all the time but for the last few weeks it’s been ridiculous; it’s closed in the middle of the day! We check online and it says open, just for us to drive there and see that it’s closed, so far it has happened over 5-6 times. They don’t even have a big sign telling that they’re closed, Just a small sign on the door. The other day I waited in line for 15 minutes because people were so confused since the sign was so small that everyone was waiting in line thinking people ahead of them were waiting for their orders, while they were just confused because they couldn’t see the “closed” sign easily. Two days later they put up a sign that says “open from noon to five”, I go there at 4 PM just to find another sign that says open till noon! The least you can do to reduce inconvenience for people is to update the hours on Google map if you’re changing it every other day!
I think for the time being I'm giving up on this Starbucks. I waited inside for 30 minutes. (Not the first time) Only because the drive thru was all the way backed up on 19. (Very DANGEROUS) when I asked Jamie who took my order. Did you forget about me? Her response was"Ididn't forget about you, I don't make drinks" whoa., not what I was expecting. I spend $ 8.50 a day for A special frappuccino and everyone it's wrong. Not, sure how anyone would get a tip when they treat someone like this.
I got in the drive through but it wasn't moving. So I parked to go into but the doors were locked to to staffing. So I moved on. Not their fault.
This is the BEST Starbucks. They are so so nice to everyone who walks in and genuinely care about making their customers happy. A
