I had a nice lunch with my daughter and the food and service was great.However, much later in the evening, my daughter realized she’d left her wallet on the chair, and by this time, they had been closed for several hours.This morning, my daughter called right before they opened to see if they had her wallet and they had it. Not only was she able to get it back, but everything was in it, untouched. She had quite a bit of money in her wallet, and it was all still there. Thank you to everyone that works there and a very honest staff!!!We really appreciate it so much!!!
My husband and I have been going to Sonny's restaurant for the last 25 years. And they did not disappoint, we both ordered the rib and chicken, and not only was the chicken tender and the ribs sweet they were scrumdiddlyumptious. It's good to see that even through a world crisis Sonny's continues to put out great food I highly recommend We went to the Palm Harbor restaurant it was great.
Would give 4 stars but small portion of brisket for price. Pork Sandwich pieces was hard. Best thing was the tots with brisket.
2019 4* The atmosphere was good. We had a party of 10 here and really enjoyed ourselves. Filled our belly's and filled our hearts with good company. So we definitely enjoyed our time three. The food good, the BBQ selections were outstanding. Really enjoyed our time there. We will be back again.
Place was almost empty at 11.15AM so no problem getting seated quickly. Server was there immediately and was very attentive throughout my lunch. Ordered the chicken and pulled pork with fries, cole slaw and a corn muffin. Meats were served room temp while the pulled pork was tough and chewy. The 1/4 chicken had to be the runt of the litter as it was the smallest drumstick and thigh I have seen. Cole slaw was very tasty while the fries were your standard frozen crinkle cuts. The muffin was moist, dense and quite good. Meal as a whole was disappointing! Won't hurry back.
We had a really attentive server. I hadn't been to Sonny's in a while and got the brisket grilled cheese and it was soooo good. I wish I could go back for another!
Super fast and very friendly waitresses. The place was clean and looked modern, but not a ton of parking. We went early for lunch and barely anyone was there, so worth your consideration. Food was hot and delicious, prices were about what you'd expect. Best experience at a Sonny's I've had in recent times.
Nice bbq restaurant, had the brisket with sweet potato and green beans which included corn bread. Appetizers were fried okra and corn nuggets. My wife had the baby back ribs with cole slaw and potato salad. The also had 4 bbq sauces on the table.
Amazing fast service with the most amazing delicious BBQ I've ever had!! Highly recommend this place!!!
Friendly staff. Great prices. My favorite take-out item is the Sweet Carolina Sandwich. Pulled Pork topped with Slaw on a roll. Totally hits the spot!
