After placing an order that was promised delivery within 35-45 minutes I contacted them at 60 minutes. I was told if I came to pick up they would make a new pizza for free and refund my first. That's been over a month and NO refund. Now I wonder if they even made a new pizza. VERY DISAPPOINTING. No worries I'll Just move my loyalty to another location.
Ordered food via the app. Received a harassing call from another “customer” in Wesley Chapel, FL, claiming we utilized their account and rewards points for the order. The order was placed in the app under my account with my PayPal account. I received several harassing messages and when I spoke to the East Lake/Palm Harbor store, they said it was a computer glitch. Spoke to Papa Johns corporate and they said all they could tell me is to change my password. Now someone else has my contact info, possibly my payment info, and we had to cancel our order and find something else to eat. So incredibly disappointed and frustrated. Can’t believe that any of this happened and all the Papa Johns staff could care less. Unbelievable. We are long term customers and no longer will be. Sad.
They had our order ready quick and on time. We picked it up on our way home from the beach and took it to our hotel.
We normally do home delivery. The promised times are met and food is good.
This location majorly failed a large order with us. GM Anthony reached out to apologize for the mishap. He went above and beyond with a secondary large order. We are happy to continue to do business with Papa John's.
They sent our pizza to the incorrect address after we waited an hour for the pizza to arrive. When I called the store, manager Isaac Avuua (sp?) had terrible customer service and offered no solution. Just said he’ll give us a refund and if we want another pizza we have to pay for it in full AND wait another hour.
Terrible! Second time lost my pizza, no body refund my money back, lost soda no refund, now I got cold pizza, I am so sad ?.
Love love love the dough! I have the papa John's app. Very easy to use and you get dough bucks each order. I do have to admit, Papa John's is a bit on the pricier side for pizza, BUT I had $10 off so it does balance out. Their stuffed crust is one of the best! We also love the regular crust as well as the thin and crispy. I recommend to any pizza lover!
I was shocked the Papa John's Pizza in my neighborhood closed before midnight. But now I am glad they did!!! Because the Papa John's Pizza at East Lake Road proves all Papa John's Pizza locations are not the same. The food was exceptional and the customer service was simply the best.Thank you Papa John's Pizza #2114 for a great experience. Well worth the drive.
