Great little cozy place . Perfect place for meeting a Special someone for the first time. Excellent experience from walking in the door to the quick wait staff, excellent kitchen chefs. You won't be disappointed, worth the trip.
This is one of the best breakfast places I have eaten at.Heather is so sweet and joyful.The place is very clean with great music.You many many items to choose from and everything is homemade.I had the strawberry crepes and they were to die for. They were very filling.I never eat biscuits and gravy but since then were homemade I wanted to try them and they were delicious.My husband had eggs, toast, bacon and potatoes he said they were very good. We both cleaned our plates.We will be visiting here quite often. I rated the food and service a 10!
Great little Cafe "nestled" amongst some other business buildings so its hard to notice. Staff was super friendly and there was a nice outdoor patio to eat in the pleasant outdoors if you want. All day breakfast with some excellent choices (crepes, waffles, etc. ) as well as an extensive lunch menu. There actually is an active large birds nest on the light tower across the street! Nice little find!
Was looking for a different place for lunch for my husband and self. Didn't want a chain restaurant and found Nesting Grounds Cafe. Mom and Pop owned place. Good variety to choose from. Madison was our server. Mentioned we were 1st timers and she welcomed us and gave us the specials for the day. I had the french dip and husband had the turkey club. Both were very good! Prices have gone up everywhere, so I wasn't surprised at the total. Will go back again. Thank you Madison for the excellent service.
If sugar in and on everything is your jam then this is your place. Staff is attentive to the point of annoyance but it was empty when we were in. The pancakes are not worth it, sugar and maple in the batter and on top. Sugar in the potatoes too. The hash is recommended, boar's head and not greasy but could do with a bit less sage. Grits have nothing in them so don't bother. Small portions seem to be cooked competently. Conclusion: different than the usual by numbers place, good and bad $10-15 per person, a step above waffle house just avoid the pancakes.
This is my absolute favorite restaurant in Pinellas County. The food is always fantastic and no matter what I order I am always delighted with my meal! Servers Adrienne and Jennifer are also great and always efficient, happy and polite. Can’t wait to return and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for somewhere to eat in PH.

We have been dining in this excellent restaurant for several months now. From the very first time it felt like we were joining part of our family. The food is excellent along with the service and there is a definite desire that each dining experience will go well. My bride and I give Nesting Grounds our highest recommendation and Hope you will have the same experience.
