I stop at this location at least once a week and I always mobile order. the last time i went, i was told my mobile order code was invalid, even after I received an email saying my order went through AND that I paid. I even checked my bank statements and saw that I was charged. I was told by the cashier I had to pay again, even though they already took my money. I showed them the email and told them I was not going to pay twice for one order. The cashier yells “I need a manager, this customer refuses to pay”! After going through the same thing with the manager (showing my bank statements, showing the email receipt that confirmed my order and payment to the correct location) she got angry with me and said she “wasn’t going to argue over $6 (after arguing with me over $6). I think its unfair to charge twice for one order, and I think it’s ridiculous to be yelled at for refusing to pay twice. drive a little further up the road and you’ll find a better mcdonalds
Not impressed…..placed an order through the app while heading beck to work, all I ordered was an iced coffee. Placed the order, drove to the location, expecting the drink to be ready after placing the order via the app, and it wasn’t. Walked inside to pick up, no drink, and spoke to the girl at the register explaining I had placed the app order prior to leaving my house 15 minutes ago. Needless to say, I waited another 10 minutes in the McDonald’s waiting for the drink, that was NEVER made. Poor customer service McDonald’s!
The new self serve kiosks give employees a reason to sit around and bicker about co-works all while ignoring customers, plain and simple.It's an absoutle shame they blatantly ignore customers while making direct eye contact who have order issues, missing items or need assistance.
When I ordered my food in the drive thru, it was 2:59 pm. She asked me to wait in parking lot. I waited till 3:20 pm, and went inside. Where is my order? She asked me for my receipt. Order was lost or mishandle. I waited and waited inside. I asked a different person. She asked me, what is your order number? I don't know, she took my receipt. Finally as I waited, I called McDonald's PR, and they will contact franchise owner. The system sucks, and they are short staffed all of the time. They will be under investigation. Anyways, I did all of this while waiting for my food. The woman waiting in the car is my mom, who is handicapped, and going through tough time with her 2nd stroke. And we waited from 2:59 till 3:34 pm. She was sick, and also reported McDonald's for a sick person waiting in the heat with the AC on, and mom was still suffering from heat. It's a stroke thing. All of this, because my order was lost or mishandled, and still did they not give me a sorry or a free small item for their mistakes. Even tarpon springs location is 10 times better, maybe 25 times better.
I sont know if it’s because they are short staffed or not but I remember when there was ALWAYS someone on the front line. But that’s not why I’m doing a 4 star. The 4 Star is because of the attitude I got from a blue shirt manager. It was like, because I wanted to order at the counter and not by phone, that that was huge problem to her. Maybe she was having a bad day. Ever other time I have gone it’s been great.
soda is very watered down. the girl at pick up window is very rude. they always get the orders wrong. Several times I have hot home and things are missing from my order. I will never go to this one again. Will drive the extra 2 minutes to tarpon springs. Least they get the orders right and soda is not watered down.
Asked for fresh fries, the employee put on my ticket, well done fries!!!After waiting 10 minutes, he brought them out and they were as crispy as ever!!! However, I washed them down w the flat diet coke!!!Lesson learned, eat at home!!!
Save yourself the headache by not visiting this location. Very disorganized, I waited for my order for 20 minutes while I saw around 15 cars go by me 3 different employees offered me meals that where not mine. I went in and asked for a refund. Manager needs to work on his customer service skills, did NOTHING to try and make the situation better.
Service is not what it use to be at local McDonald’s. Even with curbside pickup ( which is in the parking lot and not curbside) and dual drive through, it still seems to take an average 10-15 minutes.Why not just go inside? Far to often the lobbies are closed prematurely in the evenings regardless of the time posted on the door.
Last time I will drive through this location. Frappe was all ice (see photos) and fries were colder than the frappe. Each time service has been worse and food is absolutely subpar.
