Got new breakfast chicken biscuit. It was awful, burnt slab of chicken, dry. Threw out. If I lived closer would have returned
ordered through drive thru, met at pick up window with employees back to us. The whole entire time we were waiting she never once turned around to acknowledge us. Was chit chatting with another employee, scratchin her scalp with her extremely long finger nails. It was gross. When order was ready she just handed it to us. No, hi, thank you, have a good day. I stated"now would be a good time to say thank you or have a good day." She replied" oh ya you too "MOMMA"? Upon arriving home, fries were all dumped at bottom of bag , big macs were dry as a bone, one dot, yup a dot of sauce. The fish sandwhiches a dot of tartar sauce we had to add our own. I realize help is hard to find these days, but come on. Wont be back to this location.
I ordered Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese. They gave me just a Quarter Pounder. I returned it immediately at the drive through window. They gave me a new meal. Right around the corner I realized they gave me Quarter Pounder again, but this time they put it into Double Quarter Pounder box. Is it even possible to imagine such primitiveness and fraud.
I sat in the drive thru only car saying hello for 3 mins someone finally said something as I was about to drive away. They were rude and the milkshake was like water.
I've worked at this McDonald's several times from 97 and then again in 2005 they're always clean the food is always fresh unfortunately the manager who I worked under Kathy C has retired so I didn't get a chance to say goodbye to her because we remained friendly throughout all those years

Mc donalds should really buckle down on who they hire. Workers were just standing around talking while us customers were waiting for long periods for our food. The drive thru was also backed up a lot during this time.not professional at all and my order was wrong as well
So after the bottom of the bag fell out I still picked up the sandwiches I was going to just eat the sandwiches and forget about the drink and fries so the sandwiches were rockhard no receipt in the bag and the store manager asked me to bring a receipt but I paid with a credit card so now I’m gonna call my bank
Went there today with the grandkids and the place is super clean, it’s been a while since a Macdonalds does my order correctly! Good job guys, I was there at 2pm
AWFUL!!! I brought my 3-year old grand daughter here thinking it would be a nice treat! I could not believe my eyes!!! One of the cashiers was cleaning the floor bare handed with a napkin from the napkin dispenser. Then a customer came up to order. She never washed her hands but proceeded to get his food with the same dirty hands that had just "cleaned" the mess on the floor. The chicken McNuggets in the happy meal looked as though they were frozen, thawed, refrozen and rethawed & obviously heated in a microwave. So awful even my 3 year old said "these are disgusting". Even the french fries were cold and tasted stale. Never Again!!!
