I went here today, used to love coming here every time I would visit my mom. I never write reviews but my experience was bad. Walked in to pick up 65$ worth of takeout, no one greets me, guy behind the counter is on the phone with a customer and as he hangs up says the F word and how people are difficult. Then looks at me and doesn’t say a word. Finally says hello and I already feel super unwelcome and awkward. Once I pay 65$ And tip I ask for extra dressing and he gives me an attitude and says I already have dressing, I ask for it again and he rudely said it’s 75 cents. The whole experience was really unpleasant. Won’t go back.

We use to go here weekly. The owners are difficult. There's a hot turkey on the menu. I wanted a turkey sandwich basically just the turkey on white bread it was 5. One hour after lunch stopped I was going weekly and they would not do it. There customer service is beyond horrible when you do eat there it almost like there doing you a favor! Food isn't worth the hassle and attitude

Wooh, nice and very tasty food. Prices are good.Artemisa and her mother, the business owner, did a great job. Both are nice, polite and very professional. We going back there.Recommended.

If you like playing roulette then eat here. The first time you get food at the wrong temperature, eat it even though you know better, then throw up all night until your lungs hurt, you will never again.I checked my facts. Here are a few types of food poisoning that have symptoms the same day.Staphylococcus aureus (Staph)Symptoms begin 30 minutes to 8 hours after exposure: Nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps. Most people also have diarrhea. Common food sources: Foods that are not cooked after handling, such as sliced meats, puddings, pastries, and sandwichesVibrioSymptoms begin 2 to 48 hours after exposure: Watery diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps, vomiting, fever, chills Common food sources: Raw or undercooked shellfish, particularly oystersClostridium perfringensSymptoms begin 6 to 24 hours after exposure: Diarrhea, stomach cramps. Usually begins suddenly and lasts for less than 24 hours. Vomiting and fever are not common. Common food sources: Beef or poultry, especially large roasts; gravies; dried or precooked foodsSalmonellaSymptoms begin 6 hours to 6 days after exposure: Diarrhea, fever, stomach cramps, vomiting Common food sources: Raw or undercooked chicken, turkey, and meat; eggs; unpasteurized (raw) milk and juice; raw fruits and vegetablesOther sources: Many animals, including backyard poultry, reptiles and amphibians, and rodents (pocket pets)

I had lunch here and was very sick for the next two days. Food is not kept at correct temperatures. You can look up restarant on My florida license and see latest violations. It is public record.

First time trying Marathon Grille and we will be back regularly during our month in Palm Harbor. Very happy with our Greek Village Salad with Salmon. Looking forward to trying many more items on the menu. Staff was very friendly.

Always good food and wonderful service. The owner Vicki is always attendant to all tables to make sure patrons are taken care of and satisfied.

Food is okay, not great, not bad. But it takes forever to wait for the order. We waited 30 minutes for just an appetizer. If you have lots of time, may be it’s a good place to goIf you don’t want to wait for hours, go somewhere else. There are lots of great Greek places around where the wait time is significantly less and food is very tasty.Only positive thing is that waitresses are incredibly nice

Went to Marathon Grille for brunch from recommendations of my good friend. He was saying only good things about about this place. Unfortunately, my family’s experience was total opposite. We were served food which is barely warm, order itself was messed up and they forgot to bring our appetiser and they didn’t take it off our check. And I saw that owner responded to previous review about long wait with “we are understaffed”Well, as a fellow restaurant owner, we made sure to let our visitors know that the wait is going to be very long and that resolved lots of negative reviews for us. Or we were just not accepting as many tables as we have spaces. It is an owner and management responsibility to let customers know about wait times and just be open about it.Staff is very nice.

Unjustified wait time. The place was half full, yet it took them 40 minutes at least for a bruschetta to arrive. Food was very mediocre and in smaller portions than expected. Casserole came in a shallow plate in a form of a sloppily cooked scramble.2 stars instead of one because the waiter lady was very nice. Look elsewhere for real Greek food.
