I ordered online and went to the store for pickup. They were not busy except for 1 other order and somehow they got everything in my order incorrect. I called them and returned the chicken to the store and they wouldn't give me a refund or a store credit because I paid online. They took the food back and after trying to reach someone on the app for 3 days it looks like I may have to contest the charge through my bank. I'm not impressed by the smell and cleanliness of the restaurant and am surprised the health inspector hasn't shut them down for mold. It's visible by the soda machine and ice machine. Never again.

wish i could give them 0 stars. don't eat here. the kitchen is extremely dirty, as well as the lobby. it looks like no one ever wipes down tables or mops the floor, both are extremely sticky. idk how they pass a health inspection. the food is always old and they run out of chicken HOURS before close. learn to run a kitchen!!!! the employees are rude & if you ask for a manager they hang up on you. also, learn some customer service!!!! pathetic excuse of a restaurant.
Paid $11 for Tenders and Fries meal. The tenders were hard as a rock and the fries should be called potato sticks. Hard as a rock. Literally could not bite through any of the 5 tenders. Very disappointing. If you're going to raise your prices at least raise the quality of food delivered as well. Only positive is the cashier was nice and friendly.
Love their mash potatoes and gravy! Chicken is good, but they are always out of something. Most times all you can get is original.
The chicken sandwich I just bought was so dry and hard I couldn't eat it. Total waste of money. Ended up having to make a PB&J sandwich for dinner.
Had a very disappointing experience. I really thought that everything was made fresh. I have a house full of hungry teen boys. Go to place an order at 8pm. Get a message back that they have to cancel the order because they can't fill it because they have to parcel out their chicken for other customers that might show up before close. I ordered two buckets and sides, plus drinks and cookies. It was almost $100 bill. They lost my business. I found a better place. Very sad KFC. Very sad
the service was great and it was probably the best food I've ever had there!
If you are looking for the crispy chicken sandwich that they advertise, it's not the same. It was almost the size of a patty not at all like the commercial which is thick & big. For the price, I'll pass.
Have been here before, gave good reviews, however, today wasn't so good. Got there a few minutes after they opened. Fried chicken did not taste freshly fried, was just warm. Two tables had ants crawling on them.
