After eating the mouth watering Lasagna on my last visit I opted for something from their lunch special menu and it was also very good. I got angel hair spaghetti with meat ball and sausage plus a simply wonderful Caesar salad.Joey's is a great place for lunch with a 'not crowded' experience!Give Joey's a try, soon.cw

I dare you to try and finish the portions you get at Joey's. I ate here twice in one week and both times took a doggie bag home that provided lunch the next day. On my first visit I ordered Veal Parmigiana, I usually don't because most places today substitute Veal Patties for Veal Cutlet. Happy to report at Joey's the VEAL is REAL. It is so big they have to serve it on a seperate plate han the side of pasta. It comes with salad and is a bargin at $!6.50. On my return I had the Sea Food over pasta that included Shrimp, clams, mussells, and calimari. Again my cup runneth over. a steal at $18.50. Such meals are over $20 in NY. The atmosphere was more Restaurant than Pizzeria so you can invite friends out to eat here. However, table cloths would be a good addition. it is in a shopping center so there is no problem parking. It may be hard to find because it is set back on the strip but look behind Sonnys. The staff was attentive and friendly.

Joey's was always a treat for my wife and I. We were historically treated well. Over the past four to six months however, something has changed. I'm unsure, but it would almost appear that it has changed Ownership or Management. The restaurant itself easily reflects this. It's gone from clean and orderly to filthy and ill maintained. Our last visit saw us ask for seating at the side with booth back tables. The person said they would clean off a booth backed table and asked us to wait. We did and waited no more than three or four minutes. The person who was to seat us took two menus and two sets of silverware and said please follow him. As we approached the table, we could see that the table had not been cleaned properly and the crumbs / debris from the prior customer has been partially but incompletely removed. The person seating us however strategically placed my wife's Menu over these remains. Before sitting down, we noticed the rest of the crumbs / debris and a paper napkin on the bench seat and under the table. We had dinner and the food was enjoyable as always. Upon leaving, we passed the center aisle and guess what? It looked just like a Major Leage baseball park after the game. Debris, napkins, wrappers of various types everywhere. While exiting, I felt the need to use the men's room and headed there. There was a puddle of urine about 18 inches in diameter under the men's urinal. The four lengths of paper towels placed on top of it were not enough to quite absorb all of it. Poor aim! It happens but where was the maintenance staff correcting such accidents? My guess, seating customers and placing menus over crumbs. If it's new owners, perhaps they will notice why between 6 and 8pm on a Saturday night, Joey's was only at half capacity. If its new Management, wow! To-go orders from now on or maybe Joey's will just be a fond memory!

We have been ordering food from Joeys for a few years and in the last few months they have messed up every delivery order we have placed. The food is great but if you can't get the order right, the taste of the food doesn't matter. And to top it off they are never sorry about the mess up. As a matter of fact the last time they sent only 1 pizza instead of the 2 we ordered and when I called back to get the 2nd, they wanted to charge us for the delivery again. It has been our "go to" place but sadly I think we are going to have to try something new. And I have heard this same thing from several of my friends, including the ones that told us about Joeys.

Great food, reasonably priced. 1st time we've been here & it was GREAT! For a Friday night prime time, little slow but it was huge portion & so delicious. Read previous reviews that were not good. We had a party of 6 & other friends were at table for 10. All of us had a great experience

On 2 occasions my carryout order was wrong. I thought I would give them another try so I called in an order for pickup. I called in the order because when I previously ordered online it wasn't ready on time. They said they got the order late. I waited a half hour for the order and when I got home it wasn't correct. On this occasion, I ordered 3 entrees and said what I wanted with each order. I picked up the order on time. When I got home and we sat down to eat I discovered the rolls and salads were missing. In addition, the pasta that was ordered as a side to the Shrimp Parmesan did not have a red sauce, but had a white sauce with capers. When I called Joey's and talked to the manager, he offered to give me free salad and rolls the next time I ate there. I told him he was not giving me anything free as the rolls and salad come with all entrees. I specifically asked when I picked up the order if the rolls were included with the entrees because we didn't order any. The hostess said you get 2 rolls and salad with each entree. He offered to have the rolls and salad delivered free. I told him we were sitting down to eat now and did not want to wait another 30 minutes or so before we ate. He said he would deliver them himself personally. I told him it would take at least a half hour to get to us, and that is if he didn't get lost in East Lake Woodlands. He said he couldn't do anything else for us. It is my experience that most businesses would have offered a credit for our next visit or taken at least one item off the bill to compensate for their incompetence. They did nothing.

Been coming here over a year or two and almost always have a good experience. Great spaghetti and meatballs and great NY style pizza. Good wine selection, good atmosphere, nice people. Been doing just takeout recently though.Good bread and salad that comes with all their meals too.

Nice environment.Food was ok.Salad was good. Garlic bread was very good. Mushroom needed salt. Baked pasta was ok. Shrimp parmegiana was ok, too much sauce and breading.

Loved the food.High quality and great portions. Was a little crowded but our server was amazing, she apologized for the delays and offered A1 service.Space is a little tight, but not uncomfortable. My kids were happy with their pizza.

It was a little loud but the food was delicious and well priced. :) Not a big fan of stuffed mushrooms but they were amazing. My kid even raved about them. Veal Parm was excellent. Glad I upgraded to the meat sauce with spaghetti. Lots of food. Needless to say I had a happy dog as well.
