These people get a zero for service I ask for mayo along with salt and pepper they said it would be in bag on the side it was not... I did not get any napkins either But I don't need them to wipe my hands because sandwich was so dry. Spoke with Jennifer the manager and she did not even apologize for any mistakes said she was going to refund my order but she never bother to ask if it was on a credit card which it was not so that won't work for me I paid cash . I will not return to this Jimmy John's ever again!! Good Luck! to the store owner your staff needs some training.
I come here frequently! It’s the best JJ there is. Their drive thru is super fast and the bread and ingredients are always fresh. 9/10 times they get everything right and super quick. Rarely there’s a tiny mistake on the order.
Our company had Jimmy John's cater our Christmas lunch. We ordered a variety of box lunches....150 to be exact. They were on time, food was fresh and the chocolate chip cookie is AWESOME!The owner was great to work with! Always the same very good. Freaky Fast also love they use real tuna fish in their sandwiches and it doesn't take a half hour to make.
They always seem to forget something whether it be a straw or mustard packets. And there’s never ever a line in the drive thru so it’s not like they’re slammed busy. Their bread and vegetables always taste fresh though.
Love Jimmy Johns sandwiches. But this restaurant seems to make a lot of tedious mistakes. I called today about problems with our order and the young man I spoke with came across apathetic at best. I asked for a manager and he said he was. ?♀️. In any case, I’ve kept the complaints to myself because the food itself was fine to eat. However, given the frequency of the mistakes, I decided to post a review. The root beer is more like watered down diet soda. Last week we got seltzer instead of sprite. Today they put onions in both sandwiches which I requested be excluded. The sandwiches were not cut in half as requested. I’ve also had missing side items in the past as well as barely there guacamole spread. Never had an issue with delivery time. It’s the customization that becomes the issue.
