Just ordered here for the first time. I picked it up here in Palm Harbor. I ordered a chicken & bacon calzone with pizza sauce and mozzarella to share. Very disappointed. The chicken, bacon, and dough were completely RAW. No pizza sauce, and the center was cold.. how is that? Not to mention the staff could not ring me up and became very irritated because I added a 2 liter. Very dissatisfied. Straight into the garbage that meal went. I should have just cooked, like I am doing now. SMH. We are so disgusted.
The person taking the orders was of no assistance at all.Unfortunately he did not understand what type of pizza I wanted.It was such a hassle trying to order just to get the 20% off that I went elsewhere ???We love Jets pizza 2 and have not had it for over 4 years, but I was in that area and thought I'd surprise my husband!?Hopefully next time we order someone will get the kind of pizza we got 4 or more years ago at Jets?
Pizza delivery times are always way under stated. Usually 1.5 hours if they quote 45 minutes.Ordered pizza through jets website tonight and they sub contracted with DoorDash for delivery. Watched driver on map when suddenly he marked my order delivered.Called restaurant and was dismissed repeatedly. Asked to wait 10-15 minutes longer. Advised I already waited 7 before I called. Pizza never did show up.
We called to order the Detroit Pizza and Nick answered the phone he was absolutely wonderful outstanding you could hear the smile in his voice as I said we ordered the Detroit Pizza with sausage and pepperoni it was outstanding and delivered fast 10 Stars for customer service fast delivery I don't know what sauce they use or if they make their own but the sauce is outstanding
First time trying Jet's. I was not disappointed either. I liked it better than the other Andrew Cole. I will go back more often than the other Andrew Cole.
I'm giving this a 5 start because their pizza is excellent...But I'd like to make a suggestion... When it's lunchtime and you have lunch specials like 2 slices and a drink, try to have a pizza already made, so that all you have to do is put it in the oven to cook. When I got there the other day, it was about 12:30pm. I ordered 2 2 slices and a drink and was told it would be about a 15 minute wait. I then watched the employee make the pizza that he was using for slices. I get you're not considered a fast food place, but a 15 minute wait along with not even having the pizza made was a bit disappointing.

Great deep dish pizza, but no one e knows how to handle their discount coupons.
So we are outside of the Jets delivery zone so my husband called chats in Palm Harbor and spoke to someone and asked him since the app doesn’t have a way of requesting half A topping on a pizza what do we need to do. He was told by an employee chats to call back in and the manager can correct it. We went on Uber eats who delivers to our area from jet’s in Palm Harbor places the order and within one minute or less he called and told him that he needed to request which side gets which item on it. . They said we placed our order six minutes prior and it was already done. It’s a Friday night. how do you make and cook a special order pizza in six minutes? We literally called no more than one minute After the order was placed.So I called back requested a manager and I got Nick on the phone the kid literally got defensive started yelling told me I called him a liar, which I never did. He told me he made one pizza and yet a second pizza All in under 20 minutes from the time we placed our offer. How is this possible? he told me he would cancel it the order even though I never asked him to cancel it… just like I never called him A liar… not once did those words ever come out of my mouth. I tried telling he I needed a code yo login to Uber ears and I gladly share the screen shot of the text. He told me “THAT DOES NOT MATTER YO ME”! He wouldn’t let me even finish my sentence. He kept cutting me off.Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Nick needs to go backTo high school to learn some manners on how to treat people…especially customers.
