Flapjacks is our FAVORITE breakfast and lunch place in Palm Harbor. We stumbled across it when we visited last year and made it a point to eat at Flapjacks a couple times this year. Our FAVORITE waitress, Dundee, was still there! She ALWAYS makes us feel like old friends, even when we first met her last year! I liked the owner last year much better than the new owner we met this year but food and service is great every time we visit!!

This is our second trip to Palm Harbor and we had to hit our favorite breakfast gem we found last time we were here. Our waitress, Dundee was still here & awesome as last year. She remembered us and provided THE BEST service both times we visited. My husband's Philly Steak was phenomenal, and I enjoyed the country fried steak and delicious pancakes on both occasions. Flapjacks is our favorite breakfast and lunch place while we are visiting Palm Harbor!

Went to Flapjacks for lunch and we had a great home cooked meal. Our waitress was Dundee and she is such a sweet young lady, with a great smile and an amazing attitude. I had the Philly Cheese Steak with coleslaw and it was awesome. I've been there for breakfast once and that was also amazing. So if you are looking for home cooking at it's finest please stop by and feel like family.

1.) Clean restaurant2.) Friendly service3.) Meat-lovers omelette was excellent4.) pancakes were extremely disappointing and had no flavor. If you come here for the pancakes it’s not worth your time.5.) I do not appreciate the fact that they charge an additional 4% to your bill if you pay by credit card.FYI - I paid cash and left a tip

This was my first visit. Tonya provided excellent service with a smile! The Veggie Omelet arrived promptly and was delicious, fluffy including nicely grilled veggies. The selection of fruit was fresh, no strange aftertaste as in some restaurants (blueberries grapes strawberries watermelon cantaloupe honeydew). Two pancakes looked yummy, going home for later. Good coffee and staff was attentive offering refills. Also ordered tuna-stuffed tomato with cottage cheese and fruit for takeout. Restaurant/bathroom clean, staff on top of cleaning tables as soon as patrons left. All staff members appeared to enjoy working there. Highly recommend Flapjacks.

Great breakfast spot. The biscuits and gravy were fantastic.

Tried them a second time since the new owners. I can understand them taking some sides away on the menu because Of food prices increasing but the part that bothered me the most was charging me 3.99% to use a credit card when this only cost them 2 1/2%. No one informed me beforehand and I sort of feel this is a little underhanded. Not the same place

We wanted to take a drive on the bikes and found this place. We got the feeling of a old time diner as soon as we walked in the door. I ordered the Mexican omelet and was so surprised. It brought back memories of being back in NM having breakfast with friends. Hands down best Mexican omelet I have had in a long time! I think the only thing missing was the beans with green sauce and a tortilla. Service was great. The place was packed but managed to snag two seats at the counter. A bit of a wait for food, but again this place was packed. This was no biggie, it gave us time to talk with other patrons. :)

We have always loved the food here but now they charge a service fee when you use your debit card or credit card apparently this changed when new owner took over. They should display a sign since most people don’t have cash on them. They should just add to food cost , it would be a lot less annoying. Twice friends and I didn’t go there because we didn’t have cash on us.

I went here with my family because of the great reviews I saw. The food took an hour to get and while it was busy, there were still open tables available. I am not sure how it takes an hour to make pancakes and eggs, but when we got the food it wasn’t piping hot either and was really average at best.
