It was sister day. Our goal is to spend some quiet time together over a healthy meal. Our parents always said food was the catalyst for good conversation and making memories. First Watch and their team provided a super healthy and delicious meal along with a wonderful atmosphere to relax and enjoy our breakfast. The wait staff was attentive, more importantly everyone was wearing happy smiles. Thank you we will surely be back.
Placed an order forr this location via doordash and was accepted with a wait time of an hour. 30 minutes later order cancelled by restaurant by was told I could reorder and if I paid for expediate I could get it for 30 minutes which was my original timeline. Paid had order accept and was then told it would be 80-90 minutes. When doordash attempted to contact the store nothing was done. I've had numerous orders at this location and others with highs and lows that was always able to be resolved by finding a middle ground, but after today this brand has lost a very loyal customer.
Who ever Trish is answering the phone has the worst customer service. We placed an order on Uber eats and our order was wrong. Mind you this has happened before. We called first watch to let them know. Not even an apology that our order was wrong. Trish went right to, well you ordered through Uber eats and take it up with them. Had to cut my visit short due to my father not feeling well today. Staff was friendly, efficient and food was awesome. Coffee was good too. Try the lemon ricotta pancakes. So light and fluffy and who doesn't like lemon curd. Yummy!!
Terrible customer service! Entirely left a pancake off of Trifecta order and accepted no responsibility - instead complained at us about the number of Doordash and Uber orders they get as if that gives us our food or makes up for being unable to complete a simple order. Only solution offered was for us to have to drive back and pick up what we were told was "an extra pancake we have sitting here." Offered us no option in terms of getting our food delivered to us or credit for the future to make up for THEIR mistake. Awful way to run a restaurant.
Clean, delicious and fresh. Attentive and friendly staff. Like that a pitcher of coffee is left at the table.
My fiancé and I love First Watch, but the one in Palm Harbour FL is absolutely the best one we’ve been too (and we have been to many)! We checked in using the app, were seated in less than 2 min, received our drinks in another 2-3 minutes, and to top it all off we had our food in less than 7-10 minutes of being seated! I am not exaggerating in the slightest, we sat at 1:09 pm and are now done eating and ready to go at 1:30 pm. Our server was Cherie, and she she was the most exceptional server we have had thus far. If you’re in the area and enjoy first watch, it is a must go.
The food is usually good, but the last few times I've ordered from here, they've burned the potatoes (badly) and overcooked the eggs. I can deal with the eggs, but for the price you charge for a simple breakfast, I'm not expecting completely burned potatoes. It's not edible whatsoever and it's completely unacceptable. It doesn't seem like they care as much about food quality with their delivery orders as they do with dine-in.
The food and service were great. It was very busy during my visit but the wait for a table was not long. The brunch and breakfast menus are nice. It was quite hard to decide on what to get. The food was amazing. The serving sizes are nice. The attention given by our waitress was great. I highly recommend First Watch.
