Good stores and restaurants, but I really dislike the parking layout
The Food is good. But more and more Beers was taking off from the menu and aren't available anymore. According the the Austrian-/German culture to enjoy some good beers in the Biergarden, I can't recommend that for the Lagerhaus. The Biergarden really need to remodeled and cleaned to get back to that traditional feeling.
I went to Target, which I love that store, and was very happy with what I found, and the people that work there are amazing they're so nice they always help you, it's no wonder we go back!
Marshall"s shoe section sucks. Dollar Tree's gardening section also sucks. Overall not impressed with the stores
Excellent place to live. Guarded gated community. ElW has country clubs, golf courses, tennis courts, and restaurants. Security guards and sheriffs drive through the community regularly. Great walking and biking trails. There are multiple unique individual communities within ELW from condos, villas to single home houses.
Nice shopping plaza with a variety of stores. There are restaurants and bars etc. Plenty of parking. Well taken care of.
nice clean and people are somewhat nice. I cut grass here with my boss and our crew and for most part it not bad looking !!
Great variety in this store. Too bad there is a lack of cashiers. Will not use self check out. I do not shop there to go to work! I have a job. I am a senior. Prefer a person to check out my order, which is usually a large one. How about some service Walmart??
Living here is nice. It’s quiet and not much to complain about. Living here, near the secondary entrance gates, and being able to enjoy the easy access to and from my place to McMullen or to Tampa rd, takes less than a minute which is great for saving time. I’ve been here for three years leasing from a realtor, works for me, but I want to buy this spot. Once an owner knows he’s good with guaranteed money coming each month, he won’t sell at all. It needs a ton of remodeling and they won’t work on it as the owner has the final say too. Just sell it “guy”!!!Great community and quiet. The access road from one side to the other is great to take a walk or ride your bike for some exercise. You’d enjoy!
Absolutely love this shopping center! It's a perfect mix of old school and modern day shopping and dining experiences. Included in the many retail options; friendliest Walgreen's on the planet, excellent Walmart neighborhood market, professional dry cleaning by Spartan Cleaners and one of my favorite restaurants, East Lake Cafe! Many of the dining options offer outdoor seating, including East Lake Cafe. This shopping plaza is safe, well-maintained and conveniently located to Palm Harbor and Oldsmar. Easy access to Tampa Rd. and East Lake Rd. Parking is never an issue. Although I have moved a little further away, I still prefer to do all my shopping here!
