Jess, ( I think is her name) is fabulous and always makes our coffee perfect every time. She always smiles when she greets us, whether I come in at 7:00 am or 5:00pm and has memorized our order. Because of her, we keep coming back. Thanks!

Came into Dunkin this morning and witness the cashier being rude to an elderly customer.The elderly man did interrupt a customer in the middle of another customer ordering but later apologized and the lady continued to to be negative and say out out “fucking asshole”Sad to witness.
Extremely poor service, they will not pick up the phone in the morning. Impossible to place orders at this location. Poor management!

I've ordered from here a few times and the coffee is always good even though these girls seem to hate their life here. However, the reason for two stars is because today I ordered an iced coffee with cold foam, additional $$ of course, and 1 - they forgot the cold foam so I had to go back and ask for it, and 2 - I watched her squirt whipped cream from the can on top of my drink, whipped cream is free... Aggravating because that's not what I ordered and I paid additional. It even says cold foam on the sticker on the side of my cup...
It was really good, I bought frozen coffee and some donuts here. ? they made my frozen coffee perfect.
I order breakfast on the app for pick up. I ordered two orange juices which they were out of but the app didn't notify. I had to choose from the bottle drinks they did have none that I liked but was forced. I asked for a refund or credit and the manager told me they are unable to do that. But you can take tender for something you don't have? I had absolutely no choice as I was not losing $5 because you didn't provide what I purchased. The manager is rude and not helpful. Each time I go into this store it's worse each time. With Starbucks around the corner I will go there from now on.
It's a Dunkin. Get there before noon. Their selection of donuts is very small in the afternoon.
