I stopped at this Dunkin everyday while in town visiting with family. The staff here are so friendly that they deserve all the stars! Coffee and drinks were good and the place was clean and organized.Again, this review is based on my limited days here but I enjoyed going in every morning while I was in town.
Not that the management is going to do anything about this but not only is the attitude awful at this location when they tried to charge me the wrong price and I questioned it in a very polite and respectful way the young man that was waiting on me told me that they weren’t going to serve me. I bought another 24oz Dunkin’ mug a couple of days ago at another location and he told me that it was 32oz and then told me he wasn’t going to serve me because I disagreed with him It made no sense to me at all.It’s true our young are not taught simple math anymore!I will never return here and tell anyone that listens to me how awful they are at this location!!
I am very unhappy with how I was just treated over simply asking if they had given me the correct donut today. Apparently they powdered the Boston creme donuts today? The staff member acted as if I offended her and gave me a nasty look and talked to me with such an attitude. It was incredibly disrespectful and now I am finally writing a review about this location. This isn't the first time this girl has had an issue with her attitude and facial expressions as she's working and clearly stressed. I do not deserve to be treated how she feels everytime I come through the drive through. It's quite often at this location the staff have attitudes. The staff at this location also seem to have difficulty using the mobile app ordering and consistently get the orders wrong. I won't be going to this location anymore. I don't need to be disrespected after waiting 20 minutes for my coffee that 50% of the time isn't made correct.
Quite the unfortunate experience. This isn’t my first, second or third bad experience with this location…but this one definitely rubbed me the wrong way. I was coming to order for my office (mind you, I have 30 short minutes for lunch) and I pull in straight up to the voice box at approximately 3:15pm on 4/1/22. Absolutely no one in line and I wait about two minutes or no contact till I ask “hello?” And am asked to wait. I wait another 8-10 minutes with no response and two other cars lining up behind me. After so long goes by with no response myself and all the other vehicles leave. Note to self and others - this is not fast food, they are slow and please don’t depend on them like I did to get an expedient order - Ended up going back to the office with no lunch for myself or my associates. ?
i just watched the shift supervisor, whether it’s the owner or a manager, take the tips out of the cashier’s jar and put it in his register after she realized the previous customer’s apple pay didn’t go through. disgustingthe rest of the staff was really nice. no wonder they’re always short staffed, the money isn’t worth working for someone like that
Horrible food quality! My chicken bacon cheese croissant stuffer had absolutely ZERO chicken in it! And my bacon egg and cheese wraps had NO cheese. How do you forget main ingredients folks??? This DD off of US 19 in Palm Harbor is horrible. I'd rather pay slightly higher prices at Starbucks right down the street that never screws up an order and doesn't have inbreds working the registers.
Ok so this is the 4rd time Iv been too this Dunkin and this one employee STILL is messing up everyone’s orders!? Listen I know good workers are hard to find now n days but where is all the training!?!? I will say you guys are the ONLY Dunkin that makes my snackin bacon correctly and I love it but the girl gotta go or be better trained ??♂️
On Thursday, February 3rd at 1:21pm, a young lady screamed at me through the drive-thru speaker because I did not understand what she was saying. I cancelled my order and left. Maybe she was having a bad day, but she made my day bad also. She should take into consideration people with mild hearing losses and try kindness. Because of this treatment and errors in past orders, I won't be back. I will go to the DD north of this one on the west side of US 19.
Terrible customer service, very rude and every time I go there I end up waiting for 20+ minutes for a simple order
Went through the drive thru at 6:05am on a Saturday and got an XL hot coffee and a box of 25 assorted munchkins. I'm not sure when and how often these people get their truck deliveries, but the munchkins I got were historically bad. It's as though someone was playing a trick on a coworker, hid a box of munchkins for a day or 2, and gave them to me instead of them. I ate 3, thinking I may have gotten 1 or 2 that were singled out somehow but eating the third confirmed they were all hard, dry, and some a little crunchy. Sifted through the entire box and, yup, they were all the same. I'd give 5 stars for friendliness, and -5 stars for quality if I could. Instead, the 2 given are strictly for the friendly staff
