This is one of my favorite local cafes! The menu is quite diverse and appealing. I’ve had their acai bowls, Nordic tuna, hemp brownie, and seasonal fruit/nut salad with the tuna (picture below). All of the food is always absolutely delicious! As well, the service was super friendly. You can see the owner’s hard work in every dish and decor. I highly recommend this cafe!

Delicious healthy menu with a great atmosphere to feel relaxed and calm while enjoying one of their great meals! Friendly business with beautiful scenery outdoors that fit the business name courtyard safe 🍃😌

My girlfriend wanted to come here after a hot bike ride. We've been here a couple of times and the owner has an attitude if you ask her questions about her smoothies. I'm on a certain diet due to allergies, so asking questions for the safety of my health shouldn't be met with annoyance. After a hot ride on the trail, people want to sit and chill. I pulled my hamstring. We felt really uncomfortable just trying to relax, we felt the waitress kept coming out and spying on us. We waited a long time for a food and the waitress just dropped a utensil tray on our table and left. It was pretty rude. There was no else there. Not sure what two cyclists are going to do to the patio. Perhaps a little paranoid due to the color of our skin? I didn't care for my expensive smoothie and felt rushed to order it because of the owner's attitude. I didn't finish it. My girlfriend also didn't finish her soup. She said it was cold and blan. We went to the brewery across the street after the waitress came out for the 4th time just to see what we were doing.

I thought this place was peaceful and the food was decent. However, once I met the owner I felt she was rude. I was meeting a friend there for lunch and we were literally sitting outside enjoying the day and the view when she came outside to inform us that we had to leave because it was closing. Didn't quite understand why we had to leave at that very moment as we were not inside the shop. We were in the process of wrapping it up when she abruptly came out again and said you have to leave so I will not be recommending this establishment to anyone else nor will I return.. Customer services everything...So In Response to the owners response: Maybe you should have taken the time to look at my profile picture because I've only been to your shop twice obviously you're confusing me with another person that did not like your service!!

I don't know. I think the lady behind the cash register is racist and so is her worker. I can't tell if that is her daughter who looks like she is on drugs. There is a picture of the cook that is her daughter who slammed the utensil tray on our table while we waited for our smoothie and soup. We travelled through while on a hot bike ride. I asked the owner about the smoothies because of my allergies and she had a complete attitude. Then, the other chick kept coming out and spying on us when I hurt my hamstring and we were taking our time to rest. It made us feel uncomfortable and no one was there. We went to the brewery instead. Smoothie was expensive and warm. Soup was cold and blan. We won't stop here anymore. My gf and I just read the Google Reviews and we should have read it before coming here. Many customers complained of food being bought at Costco and then garnished.

I service clients online. My neighbor has been doing construction on his home and it has been loud so I decided to go here a few times during his renovations. It was quiet and peaceful, but tons of mosquitoes. The food was decent, but its expensive. But after a few visits, the owner became increasingly more unreasonably snarky and rude. For example, it is Florida and hot outside. I asked for a cup of ice and she was upset and claimed she was going to start charging me, which was fine. Her iced coffee has 3-4 cubes in it, which is petty compared to other places. Due to loud construction by my home, there were times I did meetings with my attorney, face time with friends, etc. while I was eating there. I think the longest I was there for 2 hours. I even invited my friend who just had surgery to come and visit me here. One time at 10 min. before closing, she informed us of closing at 3 pm. I was on my way to the bathroom. We were wrapping up but, she abruptly came back to rudely remind us to leave at 3:05pm. We were outside on the deck and my friend takes longer to move because of her surgery. We weren't even inside the building. But the manner in which she spoke was unnecessary. I was actually out of my seat waiting for my friend to get up. We assured her we were leaving and walked across the street to Ozona Pig where we got tons of free ice in our drinks. Today, she complained about me bringing clients to her business and doing business at her cafe. She sounded like she had a mentally ill disorder as this was really irrational for a small cafe owner. Most people do interviews and work at cafes. However, I was there strictly to eat and invited my friend to help generate her cafe business. I'm a paying customer minding my own business and paying for services. It is honestly none of your damn business what customers do on their laptops. So, I won't try to help her generate business by meeting my friends at her place and then be treated so poorly. The manner in which she talks to her customers, makes assumptions, and yells at her customers for trying to help her business is probably why the place is empty. I'm a frequent customer to many places in this area, and I won't be supporting this business any more. The other restaurants in the area are fun and friendly, and could care less what I do on my laptop, so they will be getting my money from now on.

My sister and I had a lovely lunch at Courtyard Cafe. The food was so delicious, I picked up soup for dinner. The cafe is charming and full of character. I really enjoyed my chat with the owner she was brilliant, thank you ♥️

Good food! Beautiful patio. I’ll be back!

Yum! Awesome spinach quiche, side of kale salad and Orange Creamsicle smoothie - it was the perfect combination! The outdoor courtyard is incredibly relaxing.

Great little spot for some fresh, delicious food and coffee!!
