Worst Chipotle ever I forgot they don’t accept 100 dollar bills. My tab was 43 dollars and still wouldn’t accept 100 dollar bill.. he aggressively grabbed the food and threw it in the trash. Like there’s nothing wrong with the food for u to toss it in the garbage.. no compassion for people that are homeless starving out there.. god is watching all I can say… Memorial Day . I served this country and this is what I get
I placed an online order for pickup, when my boyfriend went in to pick it up 10 minutes after the original time I set for pickup they still hadn’t even started making my order yet. Then when we got home to eat it, the quesadilla’s looked like they were made by toddlers. I have had the quesadilla’s before and I really enjoyed them so I wanted my boyfriend to try them. I showed him what they were supposed to look like and he started laughing??? I mean they still tasted good but how hard is it to make what you advertise.
The food was fresh and delicious and the staff was very friendly and hard working. Service second to none
It's got good ingredients that are fresh that is very important. The prices are decent.

Love coming here and honesty probably won’t stop but the staff for late night is not it. I understand there is a rush but it doesn’t excuse glaring at people and just getting completely annoyed. This Jacob guy that was working wasn’t only giving awkward portions but also was pretty rude, without asking for any clarification when I would’ve gladly fixed my own mistake. I even apologized for my mistake but he was still pretty annoyed even though I swear I was speaking loud enough to be heard from start to finish, overall he brought my mood down but the girl working next to him did seemed generally concerned, and I’m truly sorry for the mistake. I’ll keep it a note to come in the afternoons instead of night ?♀️Also my order was still messed up :(
Terrible management, rude and not helpful. The rest of the staff inconsistent with their portion sizes. Was threatened to be charged double from the manager when I only ordered a single portion because they screwed up and scooped it too big and barely put any meat on the second bowl.
Not sure who was working to night but these young folks were great! One girl I know was Grace, another girl, and one guy.There customer service stood out and the way they interacted with customers was engaging and lively. They didn’t look upset to serve people.This Chipotle stands out compared to the one on the New Port Richey/Trinity area.

Who did the chicken quesadilla today cost almost $13 by the time delivery charge and all of the fees only to get burnt chicken on a burnt Chipotle with a lot of sour cream no vegetables it was horrible tasted dry plain and made my stomach upset
