Y'all are so busy I just left your parking lot. Absolutely a nightmare to try and eat there.
Super disappointed. Came through the drive through where the girl who took my order was so nice (that's where the two stars come from). I get my dr.pepper and it tastes like carbonated water so I drive back and go inside to get a new one. I stand there with no other customers with 6 employees and not one helps me. Then someone who seemed to be the manager, Tall white guy with short hair, asks me what he can do for me. Then ignores me and starts talking about where he is from with another customer who just walked up to complain. Ignores me for 5 min. I tell him my soda doesn't have any flavoring in it. He pours me another and asks if it's better and I say it's better but it's not great it's still not right. He then proceeds to just walk away? After I complained. Not so much of a pleasure.
I wish all "fast food" places took notes from Chick-fil-A! We literally decided to swing in here, because Taco Bell across the street dining was closed. It was a very pleasant experience as they had an employee manning the dining area asking if we were satisfied and IF WE REQUIRED REFILLS for our drinks ? how awesome is Chick-fil-A?! My meal was tasty and the chicken was nice and juicy! Love Chick-fil-A!!
Was given the WRONG order not once not twice but three times. When we did get the correct order they forgot both fries☹️ Each time all employees at window were talking about " In the real world of car insurance" maybe this is why the orders were wrong each time. I hate to give a bad review because I like Chick - fil-a but this happens often lately.
I was disappointed with a situation that occurred with my order. This location now goes from one star to five stars because of what they did to make it right. In life, everyone has moments they are ish they could take back, but never do and don’t make it right. I was definitely disappointed about not having dinner that night but the accountability means a lot. I received text messages and emails and when I went in, the young lady was extremely pleasant and made it right. If things change I will update my review but you have to be honest when you drop these, so I wanted to share the change I felt.
All Chich-fil-A are great with their special process of filling drive orders. Chicken is always and dud you know you can change the fries to mac and cheese. They also have soup. I like them when we are on the road traveling.
The food is great !!! Thats why am giving 2 stars !!! But the drive through stuff needs urgent help !!! 3 times in a row, i order something, they give me something else, last time i ordered chicken tenders got nuggets, ordered chick fill a sauce got barbecue, twice they forgot to add my fries in the order, i order large drink i get medium !!! I know it happens and i don't wanna be harsh but it's always happening with me in that branch !!! Hope to solve this issue soon
Great service! They even hire special needs people to work lobby. The special needs girl walked around lobby saying I wish I had a Time machine as she cleaned with a big smile!
They still seem to be struggling to get back to the old efficiency from Earth's pre-covid era.The new staff is terrible at acknowledging your presence when waiting for a refill. I can understand them being understaffed and I don't mind waiting, but they will make eye contact and not say a word or just wander off awkwardly.Eventually, you'll get the delicious unsweetened tea but don't come here if you've got places to be!!!
Tried the new soup. Not at all like the ad pictured. The chips were small pieces and not very many. Very spicy!! Why does every product have to be overloaded with hot spices. Terrible. Won't be back.
