Don’t know why they even have a drive thru when no one works it half the time. Every time I go there no one is working the drive thru and the lights are on and they are open. I went there today (6/6) and sat there and was waiting but no one would come on to take my order. Customers were walking in and out of the building with food but no one was taking drive thru orders. So I called and asked if the drive thru was working. The woman that answered sounded so annoyed and told me “we are slam right now, I guess I will have him take your order, bye” then hung up on me. I waited again and still no one came on to take my order. If you are so short staff, hire more people and train them correctly to handle during a rush. Though this wasn’t even a rush, it was after 8pm. Never coming back here. Spend your money elsewhere.
Definitely not happy, I’ve gone to this Burger King many times for years now and they’ve been open previously. I go today in the morning and there’s two gentlemen (staff members)ignoring me while I’m trying to take my order. I drive around and I see them coming out of the back smoking cigarettes. So happy that they couldn’t take my order because they were all on a cigarette break during the first hour of their opening hours. Not to mention the employee screaming at me with disrespect outside of this location back door when I asked are you open. Such great customer service. This not a good Palm Harbor look. ??
Placed my order in the drive thru. Sat at the speaker for 3 or 4 minutes behind the car in front of me. Manager was out back on her phone smoking. 2 cars in front of me ended up just leaving. When I came around the corner there was a car waiting at the window. I waited another 8 minutes without anyone moving and just left. Not sure why they didn't have the car pull ahead so other people could get their food. Horrible.
Besides the fact that they put my drinks in a broken cup holder that preceded to dump my drink all over myself, I then realized my order was incorrect, (no big deal it happens.) I handed back my bag and after 15 minutes received a bag of the wrong order again. Went inside to tell them what was wrong waited about ten minutes and I just took the medium I wasn't going to argue over the size after all this. Got home and the order was still wrong, with the surprise of a nice long hair in one of my sandwiches and the other still not what I ordered. I hate to be this person but between 30 minutes getting the order wrong three times and finally the hair I had to complain and I hate doing it but this was just a cluster the whole trip and I will not be returning here again, after the service and hair I just can't do it.
Slowest, bk ever......no joke. Waited 25 min with 3 car wait..what?
I asked 2 for 10 I just got the sandwiches, associate sloppiness dressed but pleasant the hamb8was cold cheese not melted and same with the fish. No one in the location it wasn't busy at all. Location very clean.
My 15 minutes waiting in the drive through behind a car that had one small bag would have been better spent driving to the Burger King 10 minutes north it’s clear that the people an this location can’t stay ontop of there job to confirm I ordered a coke then hand me a sweet tea is just a basic failure of your duties while working the window
The Whopper Jr. with cheese never fails to satisfy my appetite late at night. They are much more flavorfuI than McDonald's burgers. However, full burgers like the original Whopper are getting expensive these days. Also, if only Burger King could automate their patty broiler to take cooking instruction directly from the customer order in the computer system (which is inputted by employees) to automatically turn up the flame for extra well done beef patty just like Portillos blackened burgers, then I would visit Burger King more often.
Went there today, figured I would give another try. Horrible service and food as I remember. Will not go back, there melts were not good and the bread was not cooked. Maybe they need to get some hints from steak n shake
There must be a change in management. This time was not a good experience. Coffee was watered down , no ice , staff staying around doing nothing with customers in need of service. The time before that when I visit was great food was hot , management was on point .Plz bring that management back .
