Todd either needs a raise or be an active part of a profit sharing program for gross revenue eom. If he wasn’t there today you wouldn’t have had a store, you would have missed out on whatever money was made today. I’m a complete stranger to your brand. I don’t eat your food but while I was there picking up an order he was the only one there running the entire ship. Economy is going in the toilet, labor shortage blah blah blah. We are in the midst of a revolution but Todd showed up and performed exemplary. Pay him for his service.
If this "reads" a little odd, it's because it is a cut and paste of the complaint I made to Boston Market after my most recent visit...I like the turkey at Boston Market. First thing I notice on the menu when I walk in is "SOLD OUT" over the turkey listing. Then I hear one of your employees say "Don't sell any more pot pies, we're out!"So, I'm standing behind one other person in line and things just aren't moving! Your employees (4 that I could see) seemed to be working on anything except taking care of the customers in line. The guy at the register was waiting on one lady and also putting together what seemed to be an online or phone-in order. THIS WENT ON FOR 10 MINUTES!!! So, then the women by the ovens who was portioning out the chicken (only chicken because that's all you had left- and you were almost out of that!) says loudly "We're out of chickens, I'm not making any more!"This was 6:20 pm in the middle of the Saturday night dinner hour! Then a minute later she says "That's it for birds, no more!".5 minutes after that one of the young kids working up on the line says "We're out of meatloaf."After waiting in line between 10-15 minutes I finally get to order and I did get half a chicken dinner. This was the smallest chicken I have ever seen in my life. The wing was no bigger than my thumb! So, no turkey, UNACCEPTABLY SLOW service, no pot pies, no meatloaf, tiny chicken- I will remember all of this the next time I think of Boston Market!
The establishment smells like it needs to be remodeled, ventilation systems are coated with dust, drink area smells like it hasn’t been cleaned In years. I am not a very picky person and I haven’t had Boston market since I was in my teens 10 years. I’m very disappointed, the chicken was so over cooked that it was mush and the macaroni and cheese was worse than boxed cheap macaroni and cheese. The staff was pleasant and attentive.
Be aware of their coupon scheme, they don't accept promotions code. Lots of employees inside with no idea what was going on.
Tonight we visited Boston Market in hopes of eating dinner. Upon our arrival, there were two groups in front of us. For whatever reason the employees take so long to take these two customers orders we ended up waiting over 12 minutes before it was our turn. During this wait, we saw many to go orders come in and be packed. Many were for exactly what we were going to order. Right when we get to the counter, one of the employees announce that they won’t have any more chicken for 15 minutes. Wait what - we’ve been waiting almost 15 minutes for these two customers to be served and a bunch of to go orders that came in since we were waiting have been filled but now we have to wait another 15 minutes? No thanks. We left without dinner and won’t be back after this experience. Who has time for that?!
MEATLOAF SWEET POTATOES MIXED VEG.
Good Food... Better Service....(Especially Melina!!) I went to Boston Market yesterday and today to help 'celebrate' their birthday.. with $3.60 whole chickens, sides and pies. I tried going during off peak times.. today 2:30 pm, yesterday 5:00 pm that turned out to be a great plan as the lines were short and the food plentiful. But.. what made it so pleasant was the cashier, Melina, who was very kind, patient and friendly on both days.. What a wonderful ambassador for Boston Market..formerly Boston Chicken :)
The young man working the counter was just rude and very unhelpful. The ribs were good but the Mac and cheese was watered down and the corn bread was cold. I will not be back.
Happy thanksgiving to you NOT! This place sucked for Thanksgiving! They make you, the paying customer, get mashed potatoes and stuffing. No substitutions only add ons for extra money of course. The turkey was hard and bland. There was no cream spinach and that is their staple- what they are known for! They didn’t even allow you to eat inside today. They also substituted their corn bread for regular dinner rolls! Don’t change your menu to worse! And don’t complain that you have to work today! If you don’t wanna be there today then work for a company that’s closed on thanksgiving!
I honestly didn't enjoyed the food at all. It Tasted weird?
