I used to absolutely love this TSC. But about a year and a half ago, things went downhill. Smoothies became very bland and flavorless. So we stopped going. It was a waste to pay $6-$8 dollars on a smoothie, just to have to throw it away. Well, a couple days ago, my daughter asked to go for a treat. I hoped their food had improved during the year and a half interim. NOPE. The only edible thing was the bag of chips. The dragonfruit smoothie tasted like weak banana ice. Absolutely no pineapple or mango. The sweet potatoes were maple flavored rubber pucks - that is, the few that weren’t full of rotten spots. But the hair mixed in was the biggest turnoff. They were out of the kale salad, so she said she would not “up charge” me to switch to the corn. Well, I wish I had gotten a second bag of chips instead. My daughter used to LOVE their corn. When I asked why she didn’t eat it, she said “it tastes like how cigarettes smell”. I didn’t think it could be that bad, so tried a bite - and nearly gagged. It tasted like soggy cigarette butts. We ended up throwing over $20 worth of food away, and then went to find another treat for my kid. I didn’t even bother to call them. I’m not interested in “credit”, as I do not ever plan to go back, and will discourage anyone I know from going. It makes me sad, as we used to love a weekly visit there.
I can’t believe the way the owner talks to the employees. This isn’t the first time I have seen this at this establishment and it’s extremely sad! All the employees here have been great over the years but they keep losing employees because of the owner. Honestly the last time I will eat here and that is a shame! Will be back when it’s under new management.

Always great food and smoothies. The owners take great care of the place, extremely polite. Never a bad experience, but they get busy, so be mindful, order online or be patient.The best trop around.
So far I have purchased 4 smoothies from this location although they were the same type of smoothie they were all made differently.
I absolutely love Tropical Smoothie, the owners as well as the employees are very polite, they always greet you with a smile. The atmosphere is very inviting, and the ambiance is just right. I will continue to enjoy the best smothies from the best people in the business.Ms. Sherl
Not sure they understood dairy free. They did their best to try and figure it out but didn't quite understand their menu. I was grateful for the substitutions in their wraps which were early good.
I never felt so invisible in my life! I understand busy, I own 3 businesses myself. The fact that I was completely ignored by the male employee and the owner while standing by my lonesome at the counter is unacceptable. I sat for 10 mins waiting on a pickup order that was just sitting out getting cold. I guess you have to look a certain way to get good customer service?
Possible the worst service AND customer service experienced to date. That says allot considering the state of customer service we the customer and consumer experience. However diligent business owners that are up-to-date with natiotional consumer trends know, the consumer is not having it. We don't spend our money at places that frusterate us and treat us with less than human respect and decency anymore. The manager herself was rude & does NOT know how to represent a business in a positive light. Today I was one of many who walked out.
They gave my order to the wrong person who came back 15 mins later with the order cold and rummaged through. The owner tryed giving it to me. This day in age that is very unacceptable.
