What a joke. I ordered a Cajun shrimp wrap and they processed my payment then they tried to tell me they didn’t have anymore shrimp when they already made me pay for it. What a joke they don’t even know how to use manners for their customers. They must work there just for fun I don’t recommend this place anymore
Would have been 5 but...there was a 35-40 minute wait for any food (including order ahead pick-ups) because it was poorly staffed. But the staff knocked it out of the park!Inadequate staffing gets amplified especially on a large tournament weekend (for any sport) when there's a huge influx of traffic. Rightfully so as the food choices are spot on for athletes pre/post or between games/sessions.
Met the owners they are wonderful people. Always a pleasure to go there on a hot Florida day
Horrible and disgusting service, order a smoothie and it was 99% ice and tasteless! I would never come here again!
Spent about 7 dollars on a smoothie it was placed in front of me I knocked it over by accident the lid was not on correctly more then half of my smoothie fell onto the counter horrible customer service no one offered to make a new one or fill the rest back up this is what I walked out with , very unhappy will not being going here anymore !
What a joke! I ordered food for 40 people for my office, and it was a mess. I ordered sandwiches/wraps and 2 large salads. First off, there were no plates, forks, servicing utensils, or napkins. How are you supposed to fix and enjoy a salad without those basic necessities? When I had my catering service contact them to find out why they weren’t delivered, they said it was due to a shortage with their vendor, and they wouldn’t provide those things for catering. I spent almost $400 on food. You couldn’t run out to Publix to get those for this order? Seriously!!! Second, the salad was delivered on disposable tray platter tops. Come on, what a joke of a restaurant. Won’t ever use them again, and will tell my entire company not to use them for any more meetings. If you’re reading this, just don’t do it. It’s not worth it.

Ordered a chicken wrap, salad or chips is suppose to come as a side.. cashier's informed me it is add - on and cost extra.. but processed it as was included as part of the order on the receipt. I guess they make some extra cash by selling those extra sides on a side or saving them for their own lunches. Poor service as clearly they don't execute full order and charge for two items but give away just one.Not a big deal but spoiled the experience. Would not recommend this place.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I go here ALL the time and always get the same thing. I had never asked for a remake of anything, even when the quality was poor on several occasions. It wasn't until I got a completely different item from what I actually ordered that I complained. I was told to come back, and they will remake it. When I went to pick up what I originally ordered, I was told very rudely that all the managers were aware that I was trying to get a free product. They said, I've done this multiple times, and I will not be getting it for free. This took me very off guard because I had no idea what they were talking about and it was completely unprofessional. I will never go there again after that horrible encounter.
