I ordered by phone, a foot long BMT on Italian bread with mustard and mayo, white American cheese, all veggies except cucumbers and spinach and ask for banana peppers instead of hot peppers, extra oil and vinegar salt and pepper. What I got was a foot long BMT on white bread no mustard or Mayo, got white American cheese,3 Shreds of lettuce 2 small slivers of green pepper no tomato 4 pieces black olives, 3 slivers onion and 2 banana peppers. Pretty much no oil and vinegar. I think employees need to be retrained

It's nice to go and get subway once in a while, though I used a coupon...its always fresh and very good! I could rate it 10 if I could :D
Love the subs but today young man working was a little rude and why every time no matter when is there ONLY one worker
I have gone to this subway for many years now. I mean, Subway is Subway.. we all understand the quality we are getting when we go into subway. One of the biggest reasons they are successful though is their generally good/quick service. Today I placed my order over the phone and the first time I called they didn't answer. The second time I called, I was told to wait a bit which I didn't mind. Once I placed my order I was not told a total, asked for a name for the order, or how long it would be, or if I wanted my sandwich toasted. "Okay, thank you."I get to the store and after an awkward transaction I find my Steak and Cheese is not toasted.. I do not want to toast my own sandwhich, but I also don't want to bother a most likely new employee. So I go with the latter.. It is okay the sandwhich is fine, I am just saying please be a little more accommodating!!

Customer service was so bad, that I didn't even get a sub. We were the only customers there when we walked in, but the 2 girls working didn't acknowledge us. My husband asks how they're doing today, and both literally ignored him. At that point, I said I didn't need a sub that bad, and went next door to Panda Express, where I got great service and food!

We frequently visit this location. The subs are consistently good and the staff is always friendly.
I was in on sat may 22, 2021 at 145pm and there were 2 wonderful young men helping me with a lobby full of customers i still got out quick and they were very friendly and very busy. Lunch rush still with only 2 guys i still got out in 10 mins with 3 subs. Way to go guys!!
