Daily Starbucks customer. This was my first time at this location, worst experience at A Starbucks in 15 years. First slow which I can handle , second shortchanged $10.00 sorted that out got my money , third get to my truck and complete wrong drink . Go back inside she redoes my correct drink and again Luke warm at best . I could tell when I can back the first time she had an attitude. So third time she made me wait while she worked on other drinks it wasn’t until I asked for a manager that my drink was correctly made.

Got two of the same drink for myself and a friend, one soy and one coconut milk…manager made the drinks at the same time and because she was trying to multitask, poured them into the wrong cups. How do I know? I’m allergic to soy and had an immediate reaction upon the first sip. Def ask in advance for things to be made one by one if there could be any issues in case of a mix up!

For half the price, you'll get a much better Mocha Frappe at McDonald's. I ordered Starbucks Mocha Frapachino and was expecting that for the price it would be better than McDonald's. Nope - very watery in comparison.
