Toasted Vanilla Oatmilk Shaken-not-Stirred Espresso is just yummm, but waaaaay too expensive for a coffee. Love the Kale & Shroom Egg Bites.Even though the drive-tgrough wasn't that crowded or ling, I decided to buy inside today... friendly faces behind the counter & stocking product, two peeps computing .Ample parking; easy in/out ?
We here from Chicago , just vacation days, we stop three times morning time and we waited 15 minutes, horrible!!!! 2 times order from drive thru - and ones from inside, same time !!! In Chicago max time 5 minutes to wait
This is by far the best Starbucks in the area. The associates are great and always tell me, and everyone good morning and also say our names if we’re regulars. I usually order ahead in the app and pick up in store and I’m in and out quicker than drive thru. Also one time a few weeks ago I ordered in store and asked for a customization that’s not in the app, went in the other day and the cashier remembered I had ordered my drink that way. I was blown away.
Thank you Jessica for making my morning!! I placed an order through the mobile app to pick up in store but when I arrived their lobby was closed. Unfortunately, the drive thru line was no less than 20 cars deep and I couldn’t afford the time before work to sit and wait. I called the store and talked to Jessica asking if they could just cancel and refund the order, but instead she brought my order right out to my car in the parking lot! Everyone at this location is a pleasure, but Jessica is consistently kind and positive every time we interact!
If I could have done ZERO STARS I would. This is the 8th time in 2 weeks that my starbucks tastes like diluted coffee water. They aren't going all the way down with their pumps AND the put way too much ice so it'd all diluted. When you poor out a considerable amount of the Frappuccino that's left in the blender means you put TOO MUCH ICE. So my drink that is supposed to taste like caramel tastes like diluted coffee water. It's horrible. Another Venti caramel Frappuccino down the drain. I pay too much to keep throwing my drinks out. I actually asked PLEASE don't diluted it. Please pump all the way down and don't add too much ice. They failed. Again.
I’ve been going to this location for some time now and have not had any issues with staff or quality. There was a few hiccups when Covid was really effecting staff and delivery’s making certain items out of stock and having drive thru open only. Wish the App could tell you when the inside is closed but that’s a corporate issue. As for now this location it seems to be back to normal operations and friendly as can be. The drive thru can get slammed so try to order ahead if you can, most locations in Palm coast tend to get that way so mobile order has become so much more convenient. Now hopefully Starbucks brings back the Turkey stuffing panini this year!!!!

I go all the time since I’ve moved to PC and everyone here is always on top of things. When I pull up in drive thru they tell me their name and ask mine which I think is super sweet and personable. A lot of people work here which is great because it tells me they care about their business and getting people in and out quickly but efficiently. As a former partner who has worked at multiple locations in this district (years ago) I regret not helping open this store when it was built because it is simply exactly what a Starbucks is supposed to be. Nice job!
Fast, friendly and efficient!! Hands down best Starbucks experience ever. Arrived at peak time in drive through but was greeted and served in no time. Great coffees and everything just as I ordered. Pleasantly surprised. These folks know how to do it right. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
17 years I've gone to Starbucks for a free birthday drink, NEVER in that time frame did I ever have to claim it from an app. And the one birthday I HAD TO LAY MY CHILD IN THE GROUND....I was denied that drink. Don't get me wrong, companies that allow you the opportunity to receive something free on your birthday is an amazing gift. Not something I expect or think I'm entitled to. But, if for 17 years WITHOUT AN APP I was able to celebrate my special day here and all of a sudden I'm denied. I know Starbucks is a big company and they're not going to miss one person but I'll never go there again. Starbucks you have lost my business and I will continue to pass this word around. Especially on a day that you have to bury a child......I will never forget how I was treated.
