DRIVE THROUGH is the Best way to go!!! The Chicken is very good, Plain or Spicy and not Greasy. What you get though is always questionable. Sometimes we get Nice Large Pieces of Chicken but a couple times the Pieces were Pretty Small. I wouldn't suggest The DINE IN, it is Not the Best choice. There are many other Restaurants around, that to Dine In would be a Much More Pleasant Experience. OVERALL THOUGH, for Fast Food it IS DELICIOUS CHICKEN!!! AND Not too Expensive, especially Take Advantage of the Coupons offered. I SUGGEST you DRIVE THROUGH and TAKE it to the BEACH and Enjoy!!!
3rd times the charm...NOT! Another disastrous trip to Popeyes Palm Coast! No chicken sandwiches, and they screwed up literally every order before and after me which is impressive to say the least. I ordered 2-3pc. Tender meals one w/potatoes and gravy, the other Mac n' cheese as a side. They just gave us both potatoes and when I told them the one order was supposed to be Mac n' cheese the heavy set Blk. lady simply tells me they don't have any more. At no point did anyone inform me or even ask if I wanted something else, just gave me potatoes and hoped for the best. No spoons w/orders either so guessing I was supposed to use my fingers. Skinny tall white girl at register was completely lost and Heavy set white manager was the only one that had a clue even though she was off the clock handling paper work. I've lives in this area since 1988 and I believe this is the single worst place to eat in Flagler Cnty.
Worst visit of any Popeyes! No biscuits! They doubled my sides and and put drink lids on them! Sides put sides loosely in bags and they spilled out! I did a survey and NEVER heard from cooperate!
This particular store is rough, from what i read in the reviews. After visiting the store, i can see they are going through a change in management and the new manager is working hard. The night i came, he was training a new hire named Caleb, boy is he a piece of work. The manager kept his firm cool level head and helped him with my order. It felt good seeing a brother in this type of position in this type of area. I've been a regular ever since. My chicken was cooked through and through, i watched him make my mash & Gravy, and when i say it was smooth and good. I highly recommend visiting this store.
Not sure what's going on at this location. Have tried multiple times after games to order dinner from here (only the drive-thru is open, there is no dine-in right now) the line has been around the building and doesn't move. Yesterday we got there early hoping to get service, line was around the building and a man was literally trying the doors angrily and screaming. After waiting twenty minutes in a line that never moved, we left. There doesn't seem to be but one or two people ever working- franchise owners should take up the slack if they can't get people on the schedule.( I say that because literally every other fast food place in the area doesn't have this problem.)
I cannot believe how bad this location is. Out of 5 tries, twice they were out of chicken. Once they were just closed. Today I ordered online and they couldn't find the order. 20 minutes later, one kid prepared it while the remaining 5 employees sat in the back.
Family and I swung through the drive through on our way out of Ormond and they had us taken care of in no time. Friendly staff member took our order and everything was great. Guess that was my wife's first time having their chicken sandwich and she enjoyed it, though the real impressive thing was how much she liked the biscuit. High praise from a southern gal!
We stop in their regularly!! We always get the 20pc. Chicken dinner combo, with Mashed Potatoes/Gravy, Dirty Rice& Gravy!! That comes with biscuits & jelly & butter as well!!It's Sooo, Good!! The only bad thing about them is they are always out of chicken when we get there and we usually have to pull over and wait in the truck until they get it cooked and bring it out to us! By then our drinks are empty and we have nothing left to drink with our meal!! That part ALWAYS SUCKS!!
The services was great all are food was delicious the store was clean bathrooms super clean its close to the highway
I love Popeyes but this place is a coin flip. Sometimes you will get in the drive through line and it won't ever move, other times when you are blessed with food it's over cooled and dry. On rare occasion the stars aligned and everything was great but those times are few and far between.
