Spent 45 bucks on nasty cold pizza.. Please don't waste your time or money!
Pizza was delivered to the wrong house. No call to let us know as we sat and waited for over an hour. I had to call and ask where my pizza was. Then they tried to tell us they delivered it and spoke with us as they never delivered or spoke with anyone in our house hold. Then they were like I'm sorry we delivered it to the wrong address. So someone got a free, delivered $40 pizza box. After waiting another 45 minutes we finally got our pizza. No apologies, no discount, no nothing but a extremely late pizza. Might I add I order the pizza ahead of time 2 hours before for it to be delivered to my house at a certain time so my kids would have food while we were gone. Total dispointment! I can't see us ever ordering from this pizza hut again. Well stick with Five Star pizza as they have never been late or delivered our pizza to the wrong house.
Our local Pizza Hut has been cutting back on the amount of toppings. Tonight, they sent us a pie with about 1/3 less toppings, 1/2 the extra cheese which we paid the additional charge for, and 3 of the slices had NO toppings on the top 3rd of the slice toward the crust. This is too expensive a treat for us not to get a perfect pie!
i usually deliver pizza from this pizza hut but its pretty mid, usually cold and once the dude left the pizza box upside down on my front step. i only still get pizza from here because i love getting cheese pizza and putting bananas on it????
Ordered pizza showed up taste like burt plastic called complained they send another.you would think it would show up hot and perfect but still not edible!
They forgot to make all at once. So my pizza was soggy and minimal ingredients. 1 slice of pepperoni, 1 sausage ball and a speck of onion on each piece of pizza.
I spent over $50 for cold pizza with barely any toppings. Literally was lucky if each piece had one piece of sausage or a single pepperoni.
I have been a Pizza Hut customer for a long time and the food I receive from this store is always good and hot and I have never been disappointed.
I order a pizza from Palm Coast plaza on Dec 16,2021 at 9:40pm their was only 2 employees working that night . Order the treat box, they charged me full price for the box. And they had no bread sticks , that suppose to come with order . Got my pizza home and guess what??? The employees where to lazy to cut my pizza . Very disappointing and it taste nasty..not worth the price . Don’t like the full charge for treat box, when I didn’t get the bread stick. Think you need to do refresher course for your employees on how to cut pizzas.
Teach crew members to properly cut pizza slices. Give your customer a warm pizza with correct toppings. Over charged for toppings that i never received. Train crew members and managers to correct billing errors.
