Well I’ve been coming here for years. I tip every time AND I pick it up. Today I was told that I would have to pay extra, maybe a dollar, he wasn’t really sure, if I want crushed red pepper and/or Parmesan. I gave it two stars because the pizza is good enough, but come on….
Ordered 2 big boxes for future delivery of 2 hours. MY ORDER NEVER CAME!
This place is great fir a pick up pizza, I always get a personal pan. Always hot n fresh. The sauce is a bit heavy but a great pie. Emily and her gang are super nice n friendly.
2nd time in a row ordering lemon pepper fries, spending close to 50$ on food and not getting the fries, and the food being cold. Legit walked outside to check if they were here yet and saw dude walking to my neighbors with the box hanging down his side pointed at the ground. Pizza it self wasn't even close to what I ordered. Y'all just some thieves huh?
Second time trying this pizza. I had a credit from a order 3 weeks ago that had a hair in it. Decided to try again and no credit showed up…go figure. Well last nights order was not better it was mushy and greasy NEVER AGAIN
If i could give it a a neg star i would. They clearly don't understand what contactless deliver means. I have twice to complain, to the point i but a sign up that stays do not knock or ring bell. What do they still do ring my bell there is a reason that sign is up. Five star Pizza will get my business for now on.
Be careful... I placed an order and something was wrong with the system as it charged me $66 just for 1 pizza and 12 chicken wings... I talked to the manager and he said he can't do anything... He said I should call customer service cause was not his fault... I think they can help me as this was not my fault either...
Tried to place an order and she said “do you know the location is not next to Publix?” And I said “I’m not from the area, but I only see one on Google so I’ll go there” she said “what” I repeated myself and then she hung up on me
I am not happy as they are reducing the Toppings quantity. They are not evening putting evenly on all sides..50% slides miss 50% of the toppings. Several times I have told them. But in vain. Also Bread sticks were burnt too much or because I have ordered them from my rewards points just they pick up the burnt one for this order. It is very unfortunate, I only get burnt food. They are not really focused in preparing food. Also they are using for vegetarian pizza and meat pizza with the same knife to cut. It is so disgusting. Also they use the same gloves for vegetarian pizza and meat pizza. It is very painful to watch them doing so mechanically. I hope they should be given some orientation on how to spread the toppings evenly and not using the same tools for vegetarian orders and meat orders. Also remove the bread sticks at right time. Kindly give some proper orientation to your staff. (It is same situation at most of the places in USA..they do not respect vegetarian people and their sentiments).
Pizza was not dressed as I ordered it. Ordered extra pineapple. Even paid $0.80 for extra pineapple. Pineapple could barely be seen. Very disappointing.
