We ordered the pepperoni stuffed crust pizza tonight, there was no peperoni in the crust. Is was so greasy when you attmpted to pick it up the crust came up but the rest of the pie just laid in the box. There was a puddle of grease in the bottom of the box!!!!!! Will not order another Papa Johns from any where.

The guy who answers the phone and takes orders isn’t helpful or very nice at all. His attitude makes me wonder why he is allowed to do this job. I love Papa Johns but after the 3rd time now, I’m done! Bye till he’s fired!!

John the GM is rude, hung up on me, didn't say sorry. Ordered pizza at 430 for a 7pm delivery and it never showed up. called twice asking where it was. He was rude then told me he was having driver bring them back. I want the pizza (too late to do anything else at that point). He said he wouldn't credit me. Pizza over 30 min late. hung up on me. I call back, we argue more, he said fine i will credit you. Pizza arrived, luke warm. Will never order here again. No apology. Pure A$$hole. What happened to the days of "sorry, xyz is going on, short staffed, my apologies, we will credit you the delivery fee - anything other than what he did. Unacceptable.

Won't ever order from you again at this location. Toppings on only half of the two larges we ordered. Tried calling the store at 1030, nobody answers. Tipped 630 and made it a 40 dollar order. You guys need to get it together. Just ridiculous. This is going on yelp, and community sites as well. Not the first time, but it's our last.

Very unprofessional you dont Answer the phone just to say hold I prefer papa John's pizza but every time that you choose to do this I just ordered domino's instead

This most unprofessional establishment that I've ever seen you do not answer a phone just to say hold and then put you on hold every time you want to do this it makes me go to domino's pizza. the pizza is not as good in my personal opinion but I would much rather speak to someone that has common courtesy than to deal with a disrespectful person

Papa John’s refuses to deliver 10 minutes away.Won’t order from here any more.Keep up the great work servicing home with in 5 minutes… -_-

Pizza was smashed half the pizza was stuck to the box. I called to address the issue and was given a lot of attitude. I asked for a new pizza to be sent to which the response was " ok well I'll send another one but I'm not guaranteeing 45 minutes"

My cheese bread was way over cooked :(

This is the email I sent the manager after he showed my how he handles customer service... I will never be back to a Papa John's. My family and I moved here a few months ago and since moving we don't have many things that remind us of home seeing that we are from the mountains we could be be further from home. We always had pizza night on a weekend night. Like I said last night we worked opposite schedules to take care of our daughter so last night was a special night for us that we had all looked forward to all week. Something happened and your delivery driver did not do he job. Even if the voicemail was full which it wasn't that is no excuse for him just not to come all together. We sat outside for an hr because our campsite number is hard to make it easier and because my daughter was excited and waiting on the pizza was the only thing keeping her from crying. And instead of offering a solution...you basically called a customer a lier. I could never imagine the way you dealt with the situation to be my expectation of customer service. I've been an executive chef for years, owned a restaurant, managed restaurants...all of it. You can tell when someone is just trying to get free food..if someone bothers to come all the way to your store after waiting 3 hrs it's past just wanting something for free. You just could've acknowledge that maybe somehow something happened and in fact my door was never knocked on. You ruined our only family night for months. If someone told me that I'd have to offer something... unfortunately the only thing as a food establishment you have to offer is free food of some sort. That's the only compensation for when something goes wrong on your end. So like I said I'll never be back. You lost a loyal customer...but the way you and your staff made me feel...I know my measley family means nothing to you
