Sunday morning went through drive thru to get a souffle. Usually they don't even have any left but I got the last one. I did open the bag until I left. No wonder I got the last one. Could not eat it. Sorry to say they even sold it to me. They could have just told me they were out like they usually do.
Be careful when ordering online or via the app for delivery. You receive half your order and all they can offer you is to send a voucher. Can't do refunds unless you physically go to the store and won't send anyone back out to bring you the rest of the order. Now I have hungry kids that were looking forward to their food and I can't physically go up there to get it because I'm working. There is always some kind of issue when I order online. Sad that a pizza place can get this concept but Panera can't. Definitely will not be using their delivery service again.
Stopped here for lunch while driving home from Jacksonville. I normally love Panera food but unfortunately this location served me the worst steak and cheddar I've ever had. Seems as if they dumbed all the sauce in it. Unwrapped my sandwich to find it drenched in the sauce. I mean seriously it was messy! Then the onions were all in 1 spot. Sorry Panera but this was just a bad stop overall. Hopefully this was a one time thing and everyone else is enjoying there food.
This was the first time I have been to Panera Bread anywhere. I'm sure their food is very good, but whoever goes to the Panera Bread on Rt. 100 in Palm Coast please BEWARE! of the following. I went with a group of 12 patrons at 4:00 PM Saturday. We sat for exactly 2 hours talking, laughing and eating. In all that time I faced every table and watched as patrons came and went. Some tables were eaten at four, or five times. Not once did any employee clean one table in that two hour period. Guess the manager never heard of Coronavirus! Truly disgusting. The manager should be fired! He, or she is a real slob I'm sorry to say.
3 star because it's just average. The prices have gone up, and the quality has diminished. The sandwiches have more bread and less meat. Overpriced for what you get. Not worth the price anymore. Staff is hit or miss, but definitely need to pay more attention on packing orders.
This Panera has gone down hill. We were on our way to the beach on March 27th (date is important) around 2pm ish. And ONCE AGAIN they got our order wrong. I choose my battles when it comes to complaining, I respect the hospitality field, especially in these times. However this isn’t a cheap establishment, and this has happened more than just once or twice. Anyhow, the story continues, The manager got on the phone (male, didn’t ask for name, I knew better) he apologized, very nice bloke. Said we could come back for them to correct our order, I kindly refused as we were at the beach. He then promised to send out a voucher/gift card or whatever to get a replacement for item/s not included. And guess what??!! TODAY is MAY 12th. No replacement gift card/ voucher etc.Fyi the broccoli cheese soup is AMAZING (if you receive it in your order)
Ordered a grilled cheese. Instead a received a charred crusty disappointment. Inedible, it’s honestly sad that this is what they think is passable. How about you retrain your highschool staff to understand the difference between edible and hot trash.
Time for a face lift? I almost lost my loafers in the restroom due to stickiness. You can tell a lot about a place by their bathroom. They did have soap, and paper towels but, this place has seen better days.
A mistake was made by forgetting my sandwich, and the manager Daniel went above and beyond, instead of just giving the missing sandwich he added another. And they were great, I'll definitely be back
Great food, but $14 for HALF a sandwich and soup? Service was excellent. Maybe that’s why
