This was my first and last time ever going to Panda Express in Palm Coast they put all my food waiting for me and the lady in front of me forgot to order stuff so instead of giving my stuff and cashing me out they waited for her food to be cooked while my shrimp sat on top of a scale in the open air kitchen and my appetizer sat under a heat lamp they then proceeded to give her my appetizers and cook me an entirely new meal without asking me so after 30 minutes I asked for a refund and they wouldn't give it to me they told me they had cooked me fresh food instead without communicating to me that they were doing this this place is a joke I'll never go back
Charged separately for shrimp that was supposed to be 3rd item on bigger plate. 10.70 for the side. Said they couldn't refund because they'd have to call corporate and have it approved. Gave me a small side as compensation, for what was charged I could have got another bigger plate
First they stopped the plum sauce, now they don't offer flippin WARM SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE like they used to????? they told me that they no longer have the little plastic cups and lids to put it in, and is now only offering packets of sweet and sour? Nobody from corporate wants to explain. No district manager. Nobody cares anymore. Sweet and sour sauce is such an important part of the flavor profile, why would you mess with that? Cups?? Really?? What's next?I'll be down the street where they have what I like. Gonna miss your value though.
Food was great. A young lady helped me she seemed kind of new. I , actually felt bad for her. She was making my plate and the manager was watching from afar and snatched the plate out of her hand and weighed it. He began to belittle her in front of everyone. I felt so bad for her. This is why places like this can not keep staff. Managers need to be more caring and helpful. Hopefully this young lady still has her job. I give three stars for the delicious food, her help , but the managers attitude sucked.
Walked in told my order. There was barley any orange chicken left she looked at it then looked back at me and looked at it. was going to wait for more to be made when what I can assume the manager told her there should be enough. It was not a normal order and looked like all the left over bits she was basically scraping the pan to have enough. It went into a bag I payed and just threw it in the trash can and walked out. If they think they shouldn’t do it in the first place. probably shouldn’t
Came in near closing with order for 5, the wonderful staff made items requested with no trouble. Very friendly, food was awesome as always
Food was good but service needs to learn to alternate between to-go orders and the people standing in line. 3 people in front of me walked out because they couldn’t get any service. Staff was too focused on making door-dash orders. Majority of the line was empty but at-least what food they did have was fresh, even if it wasn’t what I wanted.
First time and I wasn't disappointed! I was super hungry and don't usually go to fast food restaurants, but I am so happy I found it in Palm Coast FL! Fresh, plentiful and delicious! I will be back!
That $hit Trash. Third in line for 10 minutes and will serve cold hard nuggets of deep fried breading that Emily just loved but any normal person wouldn't eat that
Food tastes terrible bland old and stale. What happened to it being so fresh and good before. Will never go and spend a dime here for this terrible food. I wouldn’t give it to my dog
