I come in to Moe‘s almost every day for lunch because I work in the same shopping plaza. Today 06/24/2022 was not an enjoyable experience. I used my free cup of Queso reward for joining in the app, and when I asked to scan for my rewards points, the young man told me that I can not scan for points when using a reward. Needless to say I spend a lot of money at Moe's on my lunch breaks because the food is good, but the service was just not there.

ordered a delivery order and first came with no drink when ordered a 20oz bottle, also no utensils, working in an office that's a need and also the queso I ordered had a huge onion in it so luckily I'm not someone allergic to onions, tried calling store 3 times and no answer and assuming i'm not the only unhappy person as ,mailbox is full, very unhappy, it was an online order you have my info, call me to resolve

Very pleasant place, the other dudes; always trying to please the customer. Food is healthy also, price reasonable.

I had a Jr burrito that was actually really good and my daughter had some kind of crunchwrap and two drinks cost me $27 I could have went to a restaurant and it wouldn't cost that much we'll think twice next time!

Ordered the home wrecker burrito only to bite down and be in pain. turns out there was a pebble or rock of some kind in my burrito. I tried calling the management with no response. This is the worst place I’ve ever ate at. The photo attached is the rock next to a black bean for reference.

Horrible overall experience picking up a Door Dash order. Staff was slow and distant to my needs. Manager needs training and work ethics .

We got a really good attention! And food was really good, we ordered Tacos, Burritos and cheese for Nachos!! and I can say that they were pretty good and quality as well!! But if you’re hungry be sure that it isn’t enough!Thanks

We did pick up and my husband asked them point blank if the Salsa was already in the bag or if he should get it. They said the salsa was in the bag. It wasn't. My granddaughter was not happy! The food was ok. But who wants chips with no salsa!

(Update: Emailed Moes Corporate support via the link on their website after being promised a refund by employees and not receiving it, no response after 3 months. Looks like no one cares in this company.) Ordered a wrong doug and boy was it wrong... had only rice and Pico de Gallo in it with a single piece of chicken. Showed up 5 min after it said it was ready and the worker hadn't even looked at any of his online orders or started preparing them even though the store was empty. Not expecting much for 15$ for a single item but after paying for extra protein you would think they could atleast put more than one piece of chicken! Called the store and was told by an employee the manager would be giving a full refund to only be ignored a week later and sent to a full voicmail box. Would recommend going hungry instead of eating here.

This place used to be my favorite place to go to, but the whole atmosphere is different. Our chips were cold, there was no unsweet tea, the staff seemed so distant and like they hated working here. They barely gave us any topping on our food, my quesadilla looked more like a pancake. The radio used to have old school music. I hope everything becomes better again.
