how can you pay a lot of money and then someone thinks its ok to send out a burnt pizza? Then when i complained, they acted like they were going to do something to make it right but just left me hanging... three emails later, no follow thru reply!!! too bad because i think it would have been just the kind of pizza i was looking for except not burnt.

I got take out and I dined in tbh the third star is a kindness the waitress was rude impatient did not smile once worst customer service I have ever experienced the food is decent the chicken garlic tasted like seafood but that’s the only problem I had with the food I don’t know who owns this place but they need to work with there staff on how they treat customers
Great pizza and red sauce joint! Love visiting Florida but miss the food back home. Mezzaluna takes you right back to NY or NJ right in the heart of the Palm Coast. Great NY-style pie. Also enjoyed the cannoli. The real thing. Service was friendly albeit a little slow. Overall, would highly recommend for real pizza and Italian classics.
Gotta give this place 5-Stars for the value alone. There was a great Tuesday night pizza special that we didn't know about until we got there. We were ready for a switch-up from the resort food. A short 5 minute drive from Hammock Beach Resort. Even with a full parking lot we decided to put our name in. We grabbed a beer at the brewery across the way and were barely able to finish our beers before our name was called. Our server was very friendly. Bread and olive oil were provided to the table to keep the kids at bay while we waited for our food We had a large pizza, some mozzarella sticks for the kids and a beer. $26! We even brought a couple of pieces home with us. Also, the entrees that came out to the tables around us looked very tasty. Definitely worth the trip.
Wow. I'd leave 6 stars if I could! The staff was EXCELLENT, management clearly due a fantastic job training. The bus staff were prebussing like their lives depended on it! Our food came out so fast, and PERFECT. The pizza and antipasto salad were unbelievable! I didn't catch our servers name, but her attentiveness was spot on! I can't forget the Hostess as well, she was very polite and playful when we pretended to take her job!
We had a margherita pizza and it was excellent. Reminded me of pizzas we had in Rome. Fairly thin crust with very good sauce and cheese. We got take-out so I can't comment on the restaurant experience. Note, the parking situation is not the best. I was lucky to find a spot.
I was hopeful I would get a good meal So I tried the signature Mezzaluna Chicken Lunch portion With a side salad. The salad came out quickly and a chicken dish came out Within two minutes of the salad, not good. The salad and dressings were good. The chicken, however, was terrible. The chicken was difficult to cut and was in a large, deep pool of sauce. The mozzarella cheese smothered the chicken and, overall, lacked flavor. Based on the toughness and speed of delivery I think the chicken was not cooked to order and was a reheat. I rarely send food back but after two bites of chicken and one of the pasta I did just that. I asked for a slice of pepperoni pizza, which was good. What prompted this review was their charging me for the terrible chicken dish. I asked the waitress to remove it and she came back saying that the manager took off half and said was because I ate it...are you kidding me? Yes, I had three bites! If you go here avoid the Mezzaluna dish and stick with salad and pizza...I will not be coming back nor bringing customers here...management does not care about customers.
Was invited to a birthday party here. Haven't been to the European Village location in a while. It had expanded, the cashier/Togo woman was very pleasing. She made my children and I feel so comfortable. The waitress that served the party was very good at managing our party.
Celebrated an 82nd birthday at Mezzaluna. The Philly Cheese Steak was the best I've had in over 20 years. It was mouthwatering. The peppers, onions and mushrooms were fresh and the flavor was spectacular. Jemma, our Northern Irish waitress, was spot on. Very personable, professional, and competent. We had a party of 15 and everything was brought out to perfection. Best restaurant in Palm Coast.
Hotel staff recommended this place. We ordered a half pepperoni and half sausage. Pizza was delivered quickly to our hotel. We ordered ranch and extra pizza sauce on side. Really enjoyed the pizza. Staff person on phone was very helpful.
