The front counter was AMAZING. however. Our server was absolutely horrible. I, myself, am a sever and how the server (Jen, Jenny) acted completely ruined our experience. We waited almost 20 minutes to even get a drink order in. Mind you. She only has 4 tables in the entire establishment. She made sure to make eye contact and bounce her leg as if we were a problem. Do to this specific server, I will NOT be dining in again.
Went to pick up my order and it wasn’t ready. Fone waited a few minutes and then asked again, evidently it takes over an hour to make gluten free pasta. The girl there was extremely rude. Will not be visiting this establishment again. By the way My family was frequent patrons.
Palm Coast isn't that big. Very disappointing that you decide NOT to deliver to the B & L section. Guess we'll take our business to other restaurants willing and able to deliver to a 10 mile radius. The B/ Indian trails section is literally just under 7 miles from both of your locations. I know your Halifax location delivers further than that.
I have not had thier pizza. I probably never will. The stromboli is beyond heaven. The best i have ever had. The sauce on the side it perfect.
Place was full, so I got pizza by slice ( chicken Parm pizza) and a calzone, both very good. Will be back to try some entrees another day for sure.

On today January 25th, my server actually was very helpful and courteous. I have gluten-free allergies and she went above and beyond to go over the menu and give me the option to customize my order. Was a great experience and can't wait to come back

Being from New York i understand that my expectations for Italian food in florida can't be the same and in all fairness I have eaten at their European village location and it was ok but today I ordered chicken parm dinner from town center location it was absolutely terrible chicken was chewy no flavor penne was drowned in some sauce witch was sour worst chicken parm I have ever tasted my entire meal went straight in garbage shame on you mezzaluna quality control should be the same in all 3 of your locations will not return as long as this experience remains on my mind ???
Under staffed pizza is burnt because they try to speed up. Delivery time is always over an hour if your lucky.
