Food was good, but the employee who brought my food out to the car was just absolutely rude. I wanted to fill out a survey to let the manager know, but the survey number on the receipt is unreadable, and (of course) you can't do a survey without it.Rudeness is never acceptable. I wasn't rude to you, so please keep your bad day to yourself.
Horrible food and service...Went for someone else and they couldn't even get a 7 dollar order correct...
So done with this location. They don't listen to you while ordering so you have to repeat yourself 2 and 3 times, and they still don't prepare the food correctly even after the order is put in correctly. Managers and employees having an attitude while requesting once again to have my food replaced as ordered was my last straw. This has happened several times. Do better.
Usually my meals are cold but I ask for a well done McChicken and they made it right. This is about the 5 th time I went there before they finally got it
Service is pretty slow. Long lines to get an old burger. Fries seem to be fresh. I went for the burger. I understand it's not a high end restaurant but no one should be eating old food.
People can complain and not always the employees fault. They lose sight that it’s a franchise and run by a large company. The problem lays at McDonald’s responsibility providing this location a better method to serve there customer more efficiently. I have to give credit to this McDonald’s location because It’s extremely busy and the drive thru is ridiculously long. They have and incredible burden to serve a location that has the most concentrated customers in Palm Coast. I see the manager working very hard helping his employees he’s also very patient and nice, it’s a mental hustle. The food still comes out good! Fries are not alway fresh but the hard work they put in compensates.
Dined in this McDonald's for both breakfast and dinner when I visited the beach. Turned out to be a great experience. Very clean restaurant, great service and the food was very good. The delivered on what they say. Best fast food I have eaten in a very long time. Pleasantly surprised.
As we pulled up to the second window the employee asked us what we ordered and told us to wait. We counted 12 cars successfully go through the drive thru with their orders after us. When we went inside for our order, Ty greeted us and told us that he was working on our order. Ty was very professional and seemed to be moving at twice the speed of fellow employees. What started to become a frustrating experience was quickly resolved by one employee. Ty deserves a raise. We thanked and appreciated him, and I hope you do as well!
Good God it was so slow in side the dining room and drive threw and it took forever to get our order complete and I ordered a strawberry milkshake and it was more like a vanilla shake no strawberry at all. Super sucked and food was not fresh and tasty!!
Pretty time efficient service for the time of takeout as well as the length of the lines in the drive thru. Customer service was exceptional considering my luck with previous wait staff
