Ordered online and picked up in drive thru, order was verified and we had our order quickly. No complaints.
Most of the time this location is lacking something. But a couple of days ago the manager Jeffrey made it a 10 star experience. He went above and beyond to make our experience a much better one. That man is a keeper and should be recognized.
ALWAYS good Food, correct orders even To Go, and everyone is pleasant Even on Extremely Stressful Rush Hours‼️. I so prefer to be a customer at this McDonald's near I-95 vs the one west on Moody Blvd in front of Target in Palm Coast, FL I truly can say they are quality with excellent customer service ❣️. So if you are traveling through Flagler Beach FL on I-95 be sure to stop there and with a smile yourself. For a courteous smiling customer is so much funner to be around. Thank you
Went in the drive through, no one’s their , i ordered 2 double cheese burgers “ no onion “ and a large fry, 1 the burger had tomato’s on it , and onions i also didn’t ask for .. this place is probably the worst mcdonald’s i have ever been too , complete disgrace
How can this McDonald's mess up my order every single time I go? Sadly its the closest one near me, but every time I go here There is always something missing or something messed up. Last order I got a milk shake and they gave me a coke, this time i got 20pc nuggets and they gave me 10 and no sauce. Another time I got a meal and they forgot the fries. Like really, who is working there that they can never get an order right?
Ordered breakfast through door dash, bag came sealed. They did there part. However this McDonald’s is the ABSOLUTE WORST. How difficult is it to make sure the order is correct and all the food is in the bag before you seal it up. McDonald’s was built on systems to make sure customers receive the same food and service across the world. The problem is this particular McDonald’s location has not been good at following those systems. Food is always wrong, not made correctly, request ignored and my lord there is nothing fast about this location. It starts with management. Employees don’t care. Most likely due to management not caring. Something has to change.
This location is trash and the owner needs to sue who ever is Consciously paying these failures that work here. I have yet to receive a fully correct order, a fully cooked meal, a freshly made meal, or even a microwaved breakfast burrito. Avoid this location at all costs unless you just need to use the bathroom. Waste of time,energy and money if you go here. Nothing but a Mcdisappointment any time you go here. Use the other PC location. At least they have an IQ high enough to operate a microwave.
Fries were soggy, stale, and cold. My Big Mac was subpar and cold even though I had to wait for it??? Chicken nuggets were cold and hard, and I don’t think I have to describe the cheeseburger… If you like McDonald’s… don’t go here.
Told a shift manager that the soda was mostly carbonated water and very little Sprite syrup. He told the store manager. An employee gave me a new cup of soda from the back which was the same. The store manager said he checked the machines and all the setting were correct and nothing was wrong with the soda. I told the employee that the system was off and that the taste was more carbonated water. Manager never apologized! Last time I will ever eat at the McDonald's!
I have had multiple instances (and many friends who have had awful instances) at this particular McDonald's location. Last night, my father, my brother and I were in line for 30 minutes, most of the wait was waiting for our order. The order was a double Filet-o-Fish, a 20 count McNuggets, a plain McDouble, and a McChicken. Another time, I went to this location with my friends. We ordered a large fry and a drink. We sat down and waited for about i15 minutes. There weren't many people in the store, nor were there people at the drive thru. Everyone who had ordered after us had already received their food. We go up to the counter, and the man who took our order said "Oh, did you guys order yet?" We explained that we had, and show him the receipt. He then immediately put together our order, and we left. There was no thought to "speak to the manager," either, since the man who took our order WAS a manager. It's honestly ridiculous how disorganized this McDonald's is. I've never been to a worse one. It's a shame that it's in such a convenient place, because the service is god awful.
