Brand new store:) Safer to enter now because of new traffic pattern. No play place so the picture needs to be updated to show the new building.No salads? What happened to healthy options?
The food was what you expect from McDonalds. But, the service at this fast food restaurant is anything but fast. Slow, slow, slow drive through. Prices for less than nutritious food such as this should never be this high. When you add in the sluggish service you're better off going somewhere else.
If i could rate a zero i wouldSimple order : quarter pounder meal & a mcChicken with a small fryGot moved to the parking spot to wait entirely too long for a simple orderWhen we got our food.. a fry was missing & had to go insideFinally got home and got to eat an UNCOOKED burger !!!This was basics and they failed!! Will not be going back
40 cents for 2 one inch wide tomato slices? really? And no bun because GF. So... wanted a regular tomato size at least. had to stand in line twice to get cups for drinks as they were left out of the original bag. daughter was ignored when she first asked for missing table number plastic placard that kiosk requires to complete order. remodeling looks nice but not practical since you cannot squeeze in between table and bench without edge cutting into your thigh. corporate should probably focus more on user experience than style :-)
Just gross - I ordered a cheeseburger happy meal - fairly simple for McDonald’s I would think - I opened the box - it looked like someone else has received it and returned it - there was no toy, the burger was unwrapped and the bun had been previously pulled up, there was a box of fries at the bottom that was completely dumped out with an old used sticker from an apple pie underneath - before I noticed these things I had already started eating the fries, which were disgusting and smelled like old oil. I threw the entire meal in the trash.Simply unacceptable - it’s all about good management - and this falls to the owner.I definitely will not be going back to this McDonald’s.
Every time we frequent this location they will charge what you ask for but give you the complete opposite. I asked for a large sweet tea with extra ice & was charged for the large. They gave me a medium tea with no ice. I asked for 3 large fries & paid for larges. Get 25 mins back home to open the bag and find 3 medium fries. Asked for 2 burgers with no onions and opened them to find as if they put extra onions on it. If you want cheated out of your hard earned money then go to this particular location. I give it a 3 star rating and that's simply because I waited maybe 10 mins in the drive thru
There was a bus loaded with whatSeemed like highschoolers.The staff ( at this particular location,,Was organized ""as best they can""Reasonably fast and we're professional!Given the crowded situation!I have eaten here before and in MY experiences,, I always had great serviceAnd the staff or a representative would come up to me and make sure I was ok. This particular McDonald's is one of the best ( in my humble opinion).
We have only used the drive thru here, but these are some of the sweetest people working here. We have only encountered one employee at the pay window that was making sure to do her best to be ugly. Her nails are not manicured, so maybe someone will take her out and pamper her. Might be all she needs to turn that mean mug around. Because all the other staff members we have met there, are just fantastic ?!! Only McDonald's we will even go to.
This is the best McDonald’s I’ve been to ever. And the service is quick and friendly. Ordering process easy on the kiosk. But the food. I’ve haven’t had the fresh nicely cooked taste from McDonald’s in years! Food was amazing.
