I go to the Palm Coast Houligans often and have never had an issue. Today I took my non verbal autistic 4 year old son and the waitress was amazing. They stopped giving out children's menus and crayons that you can color on with. Not only did she search the restuarant to see if any got left behind but she went above and beyond to bring him paper and Crayola markers. And as usual the food was amazing.
It does not get much better for service and food ,Wally wings are the best !
Very disappointed in the food quality. I ordered Wally Wings hot, in less than 5 minutes I received my wings and fries. I personally know it takes longer than 5 minutes to cook everything. That being said the chicken was lukewarm and dry. The fries were also lukewarm temperature.They send it back and “remake” a new order, I get the new wings and the are hot, moist and taste like spicy teriyaki which again is not “hot” wings. The two stars is for the waitress she was very nice and understanding.Definitely need to get the kitchen in line and stop serving precooked food or screw ups. Hooligans in Daytona I have never had a problem with but this one is a constant problem.Update: been throwing up all last night and today with this being the only thing I ate. Health Department needs to be called on this place.
Burger and Club Sandwiches were both good. Mushroom Appetizer was very good. However Cole Slaw side lacked normal adds; carrot, etc. Waitress was attentive.

Houligan's was great! The atmosphere is electric and the service was excellent. This was my third visit, and for the first time, the skin on the wings was very tough and chewy. However, they had good flavor and were very tasty despite the tough skin.
Ordered a drink. wanted to place a order. Could not the order placed. asked for another drink an no order. This was a 2hour time frame. Never got to place a order. Went to McDdonald
Been coming here for years and never once had a bad experience. The wings are the best in Florida hands down. Everything on the menu is awesome, you really can't go wrong!
My server was pleasant and professional. She did her best to try to smooth over & kept apologizing. I explained to her it wasn't her fault they were out of product, to please stop apologizing! [They were out of straws again too.]They were out of salmon AGAIN. Out of chicken AGAIN for the Caesar salad + too much dressing. Ordered a burger, went to the bathroom, came back and my table had been bussed. I hadn't the first bite out of my burger! Poor server came up to me and explained what happened and she was having another one made.She did her best to correct the busser's mistake. She went above & beyond bless her heart!Houligan's, Why is this happening repeatedly? Being out of product for dishes? Is someone not ordering product properly? This is frustrating. I enjoy both versions of the salmon and had been thinking about it a few days and then you are out!What is the deal with the camel toe shorts? Last I checked the name of the restaurant was "Hooters".(Thank goodness, their food sucks...the grease!).Anyhoo, please rectify the problem ASAP.Side note, Houligan's dessert aren't good. Tried them all. They aren't even "meh" level. Just saying...
Service was great on 12/30/2021 ,8:30 pm our server Laura really took good care of us. Knowledgeable and friendly. Our food came in less than 20 minutes, and was nice and hot. Wings were amazing so it was the chicken sandwich. Definitely recommend
