The service is usually pretty decent sometimes it can be a bit impatient but given a situation that it's extremely always busy and I'm sure everybody's kind of stressed in the back I can understand.I will always go to the Dunkin' donuts cuz it is good food but ..for some reason.... and my only opinion... sometimes the donuts don't quite taste as fresh and if you order the sausage egg and cheese on a croissant I hope they tried to keep the croissant a little bit more moist if it's toasted then obviously you can't help that it's toastedbut it's nice to kind of keep it moist if it's not toasted to some degree...in my own opinion...also when you're giving a tip to them I've noticed that quite often they just take it without really just saying thank you!every once in awhile they'll say ,,( aw , thank you. )but I have noticed quite often that they just take the tip money.it would be nice if at least they could acknowledge,, a little bit more ,,,that you giving them a tip I'm just saying in my own opinion again.I believe people do try to work hard in general and whatever job they are in and when you're giving up a tip that's part of your sacrifice!( that could have gone to a little bit more gas a little bit more groceries a little bit more something for you )but you are sacrificing ,whether it's a dollar or two or a five you're giving it to another person to show thank you for their hard work and to know that they're kind of in a similar spot that they also might need money as well. I believe in paying it forwardas best as you can! and trying to treat people with respect
Coffee tasted like 10 year or stagnant swamp water wafted with a breeze of coffee aroma. Disgusting.The drinks are literally gross, and not just from the most recent visit, this has been years of the worst drinks ive ever had at any dunkin. I'd rather drink the pond water outside than have another drink here ever again.
Super busy. This is only my 3rd time at a Dunkin' donuts location. Good food great coffee. Location was just full of cars and people. Hard to maneuver of the park a lot.
The worst treatment that I received in my life , the so called "Manager" Addy refused to sell us the Ice cream because we didn't follow her authoritary orders. What disrespect, what very very low customer service quality. Is evident the lack of experience of this '"Manager", and I feel bad for the real owners that this business , they lost customer and probably will face a lawsuit for refuse service under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 .
Have been making the coffees wrong twice already had to go back coffee was COLD and not fresh please guys GET IT RIGHT take an extra minute to review the order and make sure it’s right before you pass it out the window if it’s not right we are coming back! Too much money these days to keep goingAlso today had Alyssa w an attitude when I questioned her about the way my coffee was made she has a nasty look on her face along w a negative public attitude in general, completely disrespectful she was a young girl with no manners for window services for sure!

Great service. Very nice man at the register. He said he doesn’t like coffee so he couldn’t tell me about the oat milk latte … but he was a donut connoisseur!Quick.Not the cleanest. Looked like an old building.But I’ve seen nastier.
Kate just did the most amazing frothing/milk foam I have EVER, EVER had on a coffee drink, same as my at home unit. Respect! Deserves a heavy raise! This makes a huge difference in a purchase experience when You blow 4$ ona cup.

I like dunkin donuts coffee better than star bucks. Hands down .(sry to all you die heartstar bucks fans)..I just really like dunkin coffee betterit's not as strong as adie heart , heart attack cup of coffee to go.... .Service @dunkin could be better. You get a 4star.I'd give a 5 star , but the service needs people who are both professional patient & caring and interested in providing quality service, even if it is for a cup of coffee ☕ it's taking pride in your job and in the product .
