7/13/2022 at 3:50 pm. The person making my burrito put the smallest amount of Barbacoa at first. I said that seems little… she said I could add double meat for $3. I reluctantly agreed. She totals it and It was $15+ for one burrito. No other extras. She charged me $4.50 for double meat which is just the same amount of meat we always get.
Steak burrito had no steak, it was only rice, beans, and salsa. Our chips had a very small amount of scoops. Very disappointed
Visited this branch while doing a road trip. The staff was friendly and very fast and the food was good as well. Only the cashier was a little bit cold and unfriendly.In total it was a was good visit with great. Unfortunately the guacamole was already sold out.
It's tasty, the staff are pretty nice.Me personally, I kinda wish they would have a bit more variety of selections:Like more sauces, greens , maybe another totally different side selectionThen chips....Dare I say plantains or something??Yup I said it!
I have visited this Chipotle on numerous occasions and while I'm there the cell service is so horrible in this restaurant that I can never use my rewards from the App. Today I went to the location with my daughter and we attempted to use our rewards but, couldn't because of the poor cellular signal and without them having wifi it's impossible. So we asked the cashier could we give her the coupon code she said no and accused us of trying to use the coupon multiple times. She was very rude and had a poor attitude towards us. I'm a disabled veteran and my daughter is a nurse and we chose Chipotle to spend some time together but, never again will I allow myself to be disrespected by some bitter employee. Employees with poor customer service skills shouldn't be the last point of contact for a patron in your establishment. The rude cashier was an older lady and my respect for my elders would not allow me to check her, so I hope management looks into this issue.April 27, 2022 12:00pm
The salad that I ordered was great but they were out of guacamole. I asked why, and the young lady at checkout responded, “It was just too hard to make today”. One of the most shocking replies that I would even accept from a mom and pop place, but not a reputable chain. Moreover, I enjoyed my meal and the service was still relatively very good but still trying to process that statement.
They were out of cheese during our visit. How is this even possible? Still the service was fast and friendly and I love there burritos. So all in all, I enjoyed the food and the lack of cheese wasn't a huge deal.
Omg this was a perfect 10 for me. Everything was good good food and very healthy. I had a chicken salad with avocado and black beans/corn. Delicious ?
Always friendly and fast service. Have ordered several different ways here and they always seem to be very accurate and friendly. I have never had any issues here. Food is fresh and taste great. I have never waited that long no matter what way I order. They offer many options including vegan and vegetarian. I will continue to visit this location.
Few years back I ate at Chipotle on regular basis. Move to sticks and just now visited them again. Good quality food, but about 1/2 the meat as before.. Progress and moving the needle for stock holders.
