Food: 5 Stars. Chick-Fil-A is always top notch as far as fast food goes.Service: 5 Stars. Fast, efficient and Professional. ‘David’ stopped by our table and gave us mints and hand sanitizing wipes.Facilities: 4 Stars. Pulling into the parking lot was like a maze; and We had to walk around to the side counter to order, which was crowded and basically blocking the walk to the restrooms.Military discount for only those actually in uniform at the time of ordering.STAFF WAS AWESOME.
Chicken delux was overall small. Seems like a kids size. And I wish the kale crunch had something sweet to the mix like dried cranberries or apples. Taste just bland. Great staff and quality products nonetheless
I ordered a plain crispy chicken sandwich, chicken noodle soup and the Mac n cheese. I get Leary having anything delivered from anywhere. But due to being at work and busy thought why not. Everything I ordered including all the extras was in my bag. Food was more than delicious. Thank You for saving my belly on this busy Saturday night. Will definitely make this my go to place for chicken.
Great food and excellent customer service. The staff are fast and super friendly. The drive thru line can wrap around the building and you still get your food and get back on the road quicker than any other fast food place. ?
It's CFA, so service is great, but it was an ice box when we went in and my chicken biscuit was mostly butter and a chicken strip. If I wanted that I could have fine too the golden arches.
I wanted to share a big thank you to Herman! He did a great delivery for us! He was apologetic for not being able to find our home, but just talking with him! He was super sweet and I am over the moon to say we loved Herman! I hope we get him again for a delivery! He was super nice and just made me feel welcomed! Thank you Herman!
This chic fil a is the worst fast food in palm coast. The children working here would rather goof around than help a customer. Seeing constant eye rolling while saying “my pleasure” is actually very amusing to me. When you ask for anything well done, they just give you the regular stuff. You can go back up to the counter with your food and ask if it was cooked well done…. Then they finally will tell you that they “don’t do well done here”. Very interesting, I encourage everyone to try ordering well done here just to see what happens.
Not that they’re bad they’re just not good either. Asked for extra pickles and got one slice. Give the ppl what they pay for I say
Always great! Dining room staff is excellent with refills and help. They are friendly, happy..drive thru is busy but quick, navigating the large number of cars quickly. The food is always good, fresh and the quality can be counted on! Just a happy dining experience every time!
