Absolute worst service… Will never be back. How does it take 20 minutes to get a drink out in an empty restaurant??? Our appetizers were cold as well and it was calamari… how does calamari come out cold unless it had been sitting for 30+ minutes? And not to mention I got the shrimp and scallop linguini with vodka sauce and it was the most disgusting tasting pasta i’ve ever had I couldn’t even eat any of it it was that bad.. will never be back
Went to eat tonight and ordered drinks. I ordered a mixed drink and the drink came weak. I payed $25 for two drinks and the drink wasn’t even worth $.50. I asked the bartender to add a little extra liquor to the drink and he basically told me no in a very rude way. I respected him after he wanted to charge me for more and went back to the table. I Explained to the server how the drinks were just juice and she told us no to fixing them as well. I expect different when going to a nice place and spending a lot of money on dinner. To be honest I will never step foot back in this establishment the appetizers were cold. Could receive better service from the closed down Burger King.
My husband and I went into have dinner this evening and from the time we sat down til the time we left, Jackie, our waitress made us feel right at home and was right there with everything we needed. The food was outstanding. I got the sirloin steak & my husband tried the prosciutto wrapped pork tenderloin. Thank you Jackie for making our meal time delightful and thank you Carrabba’s for making the meal delicious.
Very Disappointed in my meal, and to top it all off no one came to sing happy birthday to my sonUpdate: Came back tonight for dinner with my husband and it was great!! the hospitality was in order, customer service tonight was definitely unmatched, and To top it off the managers Yolanda and Keith took great care of us. An awesome example of restaurant forgiveness!!
I had the salmon special & my husband had mahi special. The food was delish. Service was great. Very friendly & knowledgeable about the entrees. You always have a doggie bag to bring home
We had a group of seven in for dinner tonight at Carrabba‘s and it was the best dinner and bar service we have ever had at Carrabba‘s.First, my wife and I sat down at the bar and ordered a few drinks and the bartenders were friendly, professional and prompt. Service was great.When we sat down with our large group for dinner, Josh was our server.Josh was a great server!When we found out that Josh was relatively new there, we were shocked because his service was so excellent. He checked on us constantly, kept our drinks refilled and offered superior service throughout the meal.On a busy Saturday night, this can only be attributed to excellent management and staff.Thank you to Keith and the extremely well managed staff at Carrabba’s in Palm Coast!
9 of is went to dinner in Sanford. The server was very nice. We ordered food , 6 got there food, ten minutes later another 2 got theirs. Them 15 minutes aft thst I got mine . One had the lobster raviolis, portion size was very small and looked like one teaspoon of sauce was used. I had the noodles and chicken, the chicken was good. Not slot of it, but the noodles were so chewy it was like eating glue, very little sause on them too. At 20 dollars a plate I expected much more from them.. next time we will not spend 190 at that place. But 30 dollars at home and have better food.
Food was very good, service by Alex excellent. We stopped going for a while due to some food issues. They have definitely resolved them and moved forward. We'll definitely be back.
Not too comfortable without the masks on servers! However, tables were nicely spaced for social distancing. Food was very, very tasty. We both had a veal dish, the veal was wonderful. We shared a dessert, which was just as good. White wine was refreshing. Clean, lots of parking. Staff polite and efficient. I do wish the staff had worn masks, though, given the current covid situation.
Food is overpriced, wasn't bad but wasn't amazing for what we paid.And definitely don't order a cocktail with more than 2 ingredients as they have no idea and have to look it up. Two tries for a whiskey sour failed.
